Abstract: A tool box includes a base and a cover each having an opening formed by a pair of arms which are pivotally together at a pivot pin. A light device is pivotally coupled to the base and the cover at the pivot pin, for allowing the light device to be rotated about the pivot pin and to light the cover and the base when the base and the cover are opened, such that the user may easily view and fetch the tools received in the tool box in the dark places. The cover includes a hand grip having a chamber for receiving one or more batteries and for energizing the light device.

Abstract: A folding carton for a display container including a front panel, a back panel, a top panel, a bottom panel, and a flap are provided, which can yield a display box which overcomes drawbacks in the prior art. The extra flap can be hinged behind the center of gravity of the box. Preferably, the hinge is at the top of the storage portion of the box and a hanging portion of preferably double thickness with a fold preferably at the top thereof can be above the storage portion. A hole can be formed in this hanging portion. In one embodiment, the weight of the box will cause it to close the gap between the box and the extra flap when the box is hung from a hook. The extra flap can be hinged at a front side of the box. Also, offsets can be provided in the flap, so that the back of the printed box material will remain covered when the box is viewed from the front. The box is particularly useful for containing drugs.

Abstract: A snowboard boot binding mechanism includes a base member having a recessed channel. A first plate is slidably attached to the base member. A first pair of engagement rods are fixedly attached to the first plate. Each of the first pair of engagement rods has a head disposed at an axial end of the rod for selectively engaging and locking a first bar attached to a first side of the snowboard boot. A second plate is fixedly attached to the base member. A second pair of engagement rods are fixedly attached to the second plate. Each of the second pair of engagement rods have a head disposed at an axial end of the rod for engaging and locking a second bar attached to a second side of the snowboard boot which is disposed opposite to the first side.

Abstract: A foldable pallet-mounted container comprising a shallow base mounted on a pallet, a foldable box mounted inside the shallow base, and a flanged cover having overall dimensions to fit over the shallow base for covering the shallow base when the foldable box is folded inside the shallow base, and for covering the foldable box when the foldable box is deployed. The shallow base is made of corrugated board and comprises a horizontal planar member and single-pleated uprising side members connected along a pair of opposite edges of the planar member. Each uprising side member has a reinforcing flap member connected thereto and overlapping the horizontal planar member. The foldable box is also made of corrugated board, and comprises first and second opposite side panels and first and second opposite end panels and a liner member connected to the horizontal planar member of the shallow base and to the first end panel.

Abstract: A pilfer-proof device for storing individually wrapped sticking plasters. The device comprises a support and at least one cassette holding securely a plurality of wrapped plasters. The cassette is removably attached to the support by a locking clip. The device further comprises a locking bar being able to lock said cassette on said support into a non-removable position. The security bar is moveable with respect to the support between a first position wherein said locking means cooperates with said cassette to lock said cassette in said non-removable position and a second position wherein said locking clip does not lock said cassette. Further, the support is further provided with a lock to restrict movement of the bar from the first position.

A first invention is a shoe sole comprises a turntable within the sole and connected thereto by a resilient web which provides a seal between the periphery of the turntable and sole. The web is resiliently deformable in response to rotation of the turntable in either direction from a rest position to apply resilient bias to restore the turntable towards it rest position. There may be additional biasing means.

The toe portion and the sole portion have a hardness value ranging between 20 and 45 degrees in the Asker Type C, whereas the heel portion has a hardness value ranging between 30 and 50 degrees in the Asker Type C. The ventilation system includes channels formed in the cells of the tray and a vent which enables effective natural and artificial cooling of packaged eggs. Abstract: A dual-filled twin bag, a packaging including the twin bag, and a method for forming the packaged twin bags are provided. Each of two bags, a solution bag (10) and a drain bag (12) for a system used for a peritoneal dialysis procedure, are filled, at least partially, with a solution (14). A tubing set (16) connects the two filled bags (10,12) and may also be filled with solution (14) which is added to the bags (10,12) and the tubing set (16) during the manufacturing process. The tubing set (16) is sandwiched between the solution bag (10) and the drain bag (12) and subsequently packaged in an overpouch (24). The method for forming the package including the bags filled with solution is simplified and the overall package size is reduced due to the sandwiched tubing set (16) between the solution bags (10,12) and the provision of solution in both bags (10,12).
