Patent number: 10864143Abstract: Patients with substance abuse problems may be prescribed regular medication that dulls the positive effects of the substance. However, one of the largest challenges for substance abuse patients is that many do not regularly take their medication as they want to experience the high of the substance. Accordingly, systems and methods have been developed for medication sessions that distract the patient from taking the medicine by incorporating the reminder and other med actions in close temporal proximity.Type: GrantFiled: March 9, 2020Date of Patent: December 15, 2020Assignee: DxRx, Inc.Inventors: David A.G. Patent number: 10863313Abstract: UE location determined by collecting and preprocessing signal data at a detector and sending extracted data to a remote locate server. The detector buffers samples from signals provided by receive channels, detects known reference signals from receive channels based on reference signal parameters, isolates symbols carrying the reference signal from frames, extracts data from symbols, and sends extracted data to locate server. The locate server receives the extracted data, estimates locate observables based on the extracted data and calculates the UE location based on the estimated locate observables, the reference signal parameters and the extracted data. The detector and/or the server may also generate correlation coefficients between reference signals carrying spectrum received from a serving cell and utilize the correlation coefficients to cancel a serving cell signal in symbols that include known in advance reference signals from the serving cell and one or more neighboring cells of the wireless system.Type: GrantFiled: October 18, 2018Date of Patent: December 8, 2020Assignee: POLTE CORPORATIONInventors: Felix Markhovsky, Truman Prevatt, Russ Markhovsky, David Goodwin Shaw, Tyler Matthew Smith

Patent number: 10846964Abstract: An electronic lock system that uses an intermediary controller (“IMC”), such as an electronic lockbox, to communicate with an electronic lock that protects buildings, such as dwellings. The IMC also communicates with a wireless portable computer (“WPC”), such as a smart phone, so that an authorized user can first authenticate credentials to the IMC, then have the IMC (or the WPC) send appropriate messages to the electronic lock to command that lock to unlock. The IMC must initially be setup by an ADMIN, so that the IMC's memory contains the specific codes and protocols to successfully communicate with the electronic lock. In this manner, the user can obtain access to the building without specific knowledge of those specific codes and protocols required by the electronic lock. An alarm panel on a building could also be disarmed by the IMC, if its specific codes and protocols are first setup into the IMC's memory.Type: GrantFiled: May 29, 2019Date of Patent: November 24, 2020Assignee: SentriLock, LLCInventor: Scott R. Patent number: 10845453Abstract: A split architecture is disclosed for determining the location of a wireless device in a heterogeneous wireless communications environment. A detector within the device or another component of the environment receives signals including parameters for a localization signal of the device. The parameters describe known in advance signals within the signals. Additional metadata including each frame start of the signals and assistance data and auxiliary information are also received. The known in advance signals are detected based on the parameters of the localization signal. Samples extracted from the known in advance signals are then processed and compressed and sent with other collect data to a locate server remote from the detector. The location server uses that information as well as similar information about the environment to calculate the location of the device, as well as perform tracking and navigation of the device, and report such results to the environment.Type: GrantFiled: March 27, 2019Date of Patent: November 24, 2020Assignee: POLTE CORPORATIONInventors: Felix Markhovsky, Truman Prevatt, Russ Markhovsky, Michael John Buynak

Patent number: 10822940Abstract: An intelligent tool bus network for a bottom hole assembly (BHA) that can enumerate the nodes on the bus to build a tool string layout map. During the enumeration, an enumeration master node (EMN) sequentially powers and tests additional sections of the bus and additional tool electronics. At each node, the EMN records the results of the tests in an enumeration log. For each good node, communication is established with the EMN to retrieve a node ID and node metadata. Using the enumeration log, the EMN builds a tool string layout map that includes information of each node, their relative location, and their operating status. The intelligent tool bus network also facilitates sectioning a bus into a plurality of sub-busses upon a sectioning event and rejoining the sub-busses. The sectioning event occurs as a result of a fault on the bus or a planned section division multiplexing event.Type: GrantFiled: March 14, 2019Date of Patent: November 3, 2020Assignee: Halliburton Energy Services, Inc.Inventor: Jianying Chu

Patent number: 10746567Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable storage media for privacy preserving metering is described herein. A resource threshold value associated with anonymizing meter data for resources metered at a first destination is received. Based on a noise scale value and the resource threshold value, an individual inference value of the first destination is computed. The individual inference value defines a probability of distinguishing the first destination as a contributor to a query result based on anonymized meter data of the first destination and other destinations according to the noise scale value. The noise scale value is defined for a processing application. Based on evaluating the individual inference value, it is determined to provide anonymized meter data for metered resources at the first destination. An activation of a communication channel for providing the anonymized meter data for metered resources is triggered.Type: GrantFiled: March 22, 2019Date of Patent: August 18, 2020Assignee: SAP SEInventors: Daniel Bernau, Philip-William Grassal, Florian Kerschbaum
