Abstract: A system includes a first module that asynchronously communicates with a second module. The first module processes a set of digital transactions and transmits instructions for the second module to process the same set of digital transactions. The first module maintains a first aggregated hash value corresponding to the set of digital transactions that have been processed. The first aggregated has value is calculated using a commutative and associative hash function. The second module maintains a second aggregated hash value corresponding to a second set of digital transactions processed by the second module. The first and second aggregated hash values are compared to determine the second module processed the same digital transactions as the first module.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for generating a blockchain smart contract for managing user accounts and electronic wallets storing cryptocurrency. The described system includes determining a public encryption key associated with a third-party organization configured to manage blockchain transactions on behalf of a first user account, generating a first transaction data structure having a destination address field that specifies a user-account smart contract module published to a distributed ledger, wherein the first transaction data structure is configured to invoke change ownership functionality of the user-account smart contract module using the determined public encryption key associated with the third-party organization, and publishing the first transaction data structure to the distributed ledger maintained by the blockchain network of nodes.

Abstract: An apparatus, computer-readable medium, and computer-implemented method to facilitate scalable compliance and issuer governance of decentralized financial transactions especially for the trade and transfer of tokenized securities. The resulting Compliance Aware Tokens contain the rulesets to restrict transactions and facilitate regulatory reporting and oversight. The embodied process, includes of a novel combination of compliance workflows, attribute verification tools, smart contracts and other ledger controls, provides a decentralized Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) capability. ABAC patterns are extended to govern global financial transactions without the need for an active intermediary.

Abstract: Embodiments are described that are directed to optimizing the provisioning of payment account credentials to mobile devices utilizing mobile wallets. In some embodiments, one of multiple provisioning schemes may be selectively chosen for payment account credential provisioning based upon a determined risk involved with a particular provisioning request. A low risk provisioning request leads to an immediate provisioning of a payment credential, whereas a provisioning request of high risk results in the provisioning request being denied. In some embodiments, medium risk provisioning requests will cause an additional user authentication to be performed before the payment account provisioning is finalized. The additional user authentication may occur using a separate communication channel than the channel in which the provisioning request was received.
