Abstract: One-part case for digital records' carriers with possibility of connection with cases of the same type presented in FIGS. 1 and 7 and made of the polymeric material using the technology of injection moulding consists of the lower portion (1) and the upper portion (2) connected by one or more foldable joints (3). The portions of the case are fitted with elements which are used for interpositioning of the cases of the same type, in the form of spherical projections (7) and spherical indentations (8), and with elements for interconnecting of the cases of the same type, in the form of elastic consoles (4) and slots (6). The cases are joined into separable stacks of two or more cases of the same type by pressing the loose ends of the elastic consoles (4) of the open upper case into the slots (6) of the closed lower case. The stacked cases represent a single solid body within which there is no movement of the cases. The stack can be disassembled at any point by stretching the stack.

Abstract: To improve the function whereby each of the nails (2) is retained at a position which is vertical to both belt-shaped bodies (5,5) in the connecting nail (1) which is provided with multiple nails (2) with a head part (3) attached and two band-shaped belt-shaped bodies (5,5) which are made of a synthetic resin. This invention is provided with two belt-shaped bodies (5,5) which are disposed so that they are separate from one another in the axial direction of the nail (2) and parallel to one another and at the same time, multiple nail through holes (6a) are formed at appropriate intervals. Multiple cylindrical gripping parts (7) which communicate with the nail through holes (6a) and which can grip the shaft part (4) of the nail (2) are formed on both belt-shaped bodies (5,5).

Abstract: Provided as a drug dispensing system comprising a cabinet and at least one cartridge. A cabinet has opposing door portions which are hingedly attached to one another and which are configured to be closable against one another such as via a lock member. Each one of the door portions includes at least one shelf which defines a shelf depth and which has an upwardly turned lip extending along the length of the shelf. The cartridge has a cartridge depth that is sized to be complementary to the shelf depth such that the cartridge may be retained by the lip when the cartridge is stored on the shelf. Each one of the cartridges is configured to store a plurality of vials. A punch-out is disposed in a lower end of the cartridge and through which the vials may be dispensed from the cartridge.

Abstract: A package and method for displaying shoelaces includes a backing member to which one end of the laces are attached by a strip of pressure sensitive adhesive. The laces are wrapped about the backing member and through an opening of a triangularly-shaped hanger to form a plurality of loops. A second strip of pressure sensitive adhesive is then wrapped about the loops and backing panel securing the looped laces to the hanger. A cover wrap is inserted through the hanger and folded over the upper portion of the looped laces, backing panel and base of the hanger. An informational panel is then wrapped about the cover wrap to secure the laces and backing member therein. The informational panel contains printed indicia pertaining to the shoelaces. A display rod is inserted through the hanger to suspend the packaged laces therefrom.

Abstract: A closable bag for use in storing items removed from injured, ill, or deceased persons. The bag is suitably of flexible, plastic. The bag has a bag mouth area providing an opening to the bag, a detachable segment disposed in the mouth area and having an aperture and having a bar code number on an exterior surface of the detachable segment, a bag main portion having a recordation area on an exterior surface of the bag main portion and having a corresponding bar code number on an exterior surface of the bag main portion, a closure member in the bag main portion and near the bag mouth area, and a perforated tear strip disposed between the closure member and the opening to the bag mouth area. Also, a kit including a container for storing one or more of the bags. Also, a method for storing personal items, removed from injured and/or ill persons, or from deceased persons, in one or more of the bags.

Abstract: A pain management kit for the administration of medication and a related method of use is disclosed. The pain management kit includes the primary medical supplies for performing a continuous nerve block procedure, preferably in a single, sterile container. Specifically, the kit may contain medical supplies to create a sterile field, perform a local anesthetic procedure and to perform a continuous nerve block procedure. Preferably, the contents of the kit are arranged in the general order of their use.

At least one divider is operative to slide into any one of the plurality of divider accepting slots. The cavity is operative to support a plurality of poker chips therein in stacked relation. The top outer surface and the bottom outer surface include interlocking features which are operative to co-operatively engage respectively with at least two bottom surfaces and at least two top outer surfaces of further cases placed above and under the at least one first case in stacked relation.

Abstract: Disclosed is a dispensing package that has a plastic backing for maintaining the package in a substantially flat orientation. The plastic backing is adapted to have a label placed on its surface. A score through the label, which extends into the plastic backing, causes the package to open upon flexure. At least one additional score on the opposite side provides at least one metered opening in the package, where the number of scores and metered openings depends on the contents being dispensed. An additional seal can be placed over the score to prevent accidental opening or provide resealing of the package. Promotional pieces can be used as the additional seal. Absorbent material can be placed adjacent or over the score to provide controlled dispensing and application of the contents. The ends of the plastic backing can be configured as an applicator and/or a handle.

Abstract: A drywall sander includes a replaceable sanding pad having a layer of resilient material, and an abrasive surface. The sanding pad includes one or more edge portions that project beyond the edges of a sander head. The edges of the sanding pad can be deformed during use when the sander is used in a corner or the like to thereby prevent scuffing or other damage to adjacent orthogonal surfaces.

Abstract: A lockable pill container includes a main body defining a plurality of compartments, and a plurality of lid members that are moveable relative to the compartments between a closed position at least partially covering an opening into the compartments and an open position. Each lid member includes a first engagement member that extends into the main body when the lid member is in the closed position. The container also includes an elongate second engagement member configured to move between a first position engaging the first engagement members and a second position disengaged from the first engagement members. A biasing member is positioned between a first end of the second engagement member and the main body to provide a biasing force that biases the second engagement member into the first position. The second engagement member also includes a contact surface at a second end thereof for engagement by a user to move the second locking member against the biasing force.

Abstract: CMP systems and methods implement instructions for moving a polishing pad relative to a wafer and a retainer ring and for applying pressure for CMP operations. Feedback of polishing pad position is coordinated with determinations of desired inputs of variable forces by which changing areas of the wafer, a pad conditioning puck, and the retainer ring are separately urged into contact with the polishing pad so that the pressure on each such area is separately controlled. Processing workload is evaluated according to criteria related to the characteristics of the instructions. If none of the criteria is exceeded, a central CMP processor is used for the processing. If any of the criteria is exceeded, the force determinations are made separately from the central CMP processor by a force controller, and the central processor manages data transfer to the force controller.

Abstract: A briefcase that is used to jointly support a projector and a computer and to allow quick and easy connection between the projector and the computer prior to the presentation, only one power connection from the briefcase to the electrical outlet upon arrival and without requiring that either of the components be removed from the briefcase for desired operation.
