Abstract: Packaging for protecting a brush comprises a box and a brush. The brush has bristles forming a particular shape, and the box defines a nose with a corresponding shape for accommodating the bristles without bending or impacting the bristles, whereby the brush holds its form while packaged. The brush preferably is an angular brush. The box includes a lid by which the brush is secured, with a handle of the brush extending through an opening in the lid.

Abstract: A glass container comprises a glass body comprising a first region under a compressive stress extending from a surface of the glass body to a depth of compression and a second region extending from the depth of compression into a thickness of the glass body, the second region being under a tensile stress. The glass container also includes a localized compressive stress region having a localized compressive stress extending from the surface to a localized depth of compression within the body. The localized depth of compression is greater than the depth of compression of the first region. The glass container also includes a crack re-direction region extending in a predetermined propagation direction, wherein the crack re-direction region possesses a higher tensile stress than the tensile stress in the second region in a sub-region of the crack re-direction region, the sub-region extending substantially perpendicular to the predetermined propagation direction.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a package for a capsule endoscope. The package includes an inner package. The inner package includes a base and a cover arranged above the base. A first end of the cover is connected to a first side of the base and a second end of the cover is connected to a second side of the base in an assembled mode. When the second end of the cover is assembled and connected to the second side of the base, the bottom surface of the cover and the base form an holding slot for holding the capsule endoscope. Through such arrangement, the present invention improves the existing package and avoids a reduction of performance of the capsule endoscope during transportation.

The de-capping feature includes opposing first and second lateral surfaces defining a proximal thickness at the proximal end and a distal thickness at the distal end, the distal thickness is smaller than the proximal thickness. Also, the syringe de-capper includes a slot disposed in the de-capping member, the slot extending from the distal end of the de-capping member toward the proximal end of the de-capping member and configured to slidably receive a distal end of a syringe for removing a cap therefrom.
Abstract: A sterile packaging for sterile medicinal products, in particular implants, forms at least one, or in case of a multiple sterile packaging, at least one first sterile barrier and an outer second sterile barrier, separate and independent from the first sterile barrier, and which is accommodated in an outer packaging. The outer packaging is made of a composite material that includes cardboard and at least one coating or film, and is designed and intended to form the second sterile barrier of the sterile packaging.
Abstract: A container for storing a pharmaceutical composition includes a body portion having an elastomeric material, and an inner lining having a thermoplastic material covering at least a portion of an inner surface of the body portion. The container forms an internal chamber for storing the pharmaceutical composition, where the internal chamber is bounded by the inner surface of the body portion. The inner lining provides a barrier between the elastomeric material and the pharmaceutical composition, thus protecting the pharmaceutical composition. Associated methods of storing the pharmaceutical composition within the container, as well as manufacturing the container, are also described.

Abstract: A cassette for dispensing bags from an elongated tubing comprising an annular receptacle accommodating a length of tubing in an accumulated condition. An annular opening at an upper end of the annular receptacle is for dispensing the tubing. The annular receptacle defines a central opening through which a knotted end of the tubing passes to form a bag supported by the annular receptacle with disposable objects passing through the circular central opening to be received in the bag, and a clearance only at a bottom of the central opening.
Abstract: A protective cover (800) for a medical device includes a body (700) and a cap (100) that is selectively attachable to the body. The cap 100 includes an annulus 101 and a rounded vault (102) spanning an interior portion (118) of the annulus. The rounded vault defines a convex exterior (301). A plurality of partial arch trusses (103,104,105,106,107,108,109) extends from the annulus along the convex exterior toward an apex (601) of the convex exterior. Distal ends (613,614,615,616,617,618,619) of the plurality of partial arch trusses define an interstice (611) at the apex. The partial arch trusses provide longitudinal deflection of impact forces to protect the medical device.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides novel processes for providing sterile, pre-filled syringes or injection devices for pharmaceutical compositions, including protein and biopharmaceutical formulations. In some examples, secondary packaging is performed in an aseptic environment, which removes the need for any terminal sterilization method. In some examples, the aseptic packaging method results in a sterile injection device suitable for use in ophthalmic injections.
Abstract: A connected tie strap, including: integrated fixing tie straps or labeled tie straps, and main rib boards, wherein the main rib boards are perpendicular to the length direction of the integrated fixing tie straps or the labeled tie straps; a shunt is disposed between the fixed heads of the integrated fixing tie straps or labels of the labeled tie straps and the main rib boards; also included is an auxiliary rib board, wherein the auxiliary rib is perpendicular to the length direction of the integrated fixing tie straps or the labeled tie straps; the main rib boards and/or the auxiliary rib is further provided thereon with interval positioning holes or interval positioning post, two ends of the main rib boards and/or the auxiliary rib also being respectively provided with positioning holes and/or positioning posts.

Abstract: An apparatus for entirely removing a medical sharp from a holder to which it is connected, including a body (102), a heating unit (104) disposed in the body, a receiving unit (114) fixedly disposed in the body and configured to receive the holder, and a collet (122) movably disposed within the body and configured to receive the medical sharp. The apparatus also includes a first biasing member (130) disposed within the body, and a user interface (136) coupled to the collet and configured to displace the collet away from the receiving unit, actuate the first biasing member to increase a bias on the collet toward the receiving unit, and actuate the heating unit.
Abstract: The present invention relates generally to the field of an accessory container such as a tackle box or container for holding craft supplies. The container has a geometrically-shaped body or housing that has a top surface forming a lid, two pairs of generally parallel sidewalls and a bottom surface. The bottom surface of the lid and an interior surface have a retention element which include a spring-loaded plunger, at least one peg, and at least one spool. The hook of a fishing lure is first attached to a peg. Then, the fishing line is wrapped around the at least one spool. Next, the line can be attached to the tension loading device. As a result, the lure or item and the line are placed under constant tension, such that they cannot move while in the container.
Abstract: A cushion package box includes a box body, a first cushion member and at least one paper tube. The first cushion member is disposed in the box body and has a porous structure. An opening direction of the porous structure is different from an opening direction of the at least one paper tube. The at least one paper tube is disposed in the box body and in contact with the first cushion member.
Abstract: When at least a part of a shaft portion of a plunger is stored in a proximal end side storage portion of a storage tray, the proximal end side storage portion supports a syringe body and the plunger in a state in which the syringe body and the plunger cannot approach each other since a first contact portion comes into contact with a proximal end surface of a body flange and a second contact portion comes into contact with a distal end surface of a pressing operation portion, and the part of the shaft portion of the plunger is prevented from separating since protruding pieces come into contact with the part of the shaft portion of the plunger.
Abstract: A container includes a first panel with a detent and a pin extending therefrom, a second panel that extends transverse to the first panel, and a bracket removably coupled to the first panel via engagement with the detent and the pin such that the bracket prevents movement of the second panel relative to the first panel. The detent is selectively depressed to thereby decouple the bracket from the first panel.
Abstract: A case, system, and/or method relating to trading cards, sports memorabilia, coins, printed matter, or the like (herein referred to as “collectibles”).
