Abstract: A hammer that includes a handle with a first end, a hammer head secured to the first end of the handle, the hammer head having a striking head at one end, the striking head having a striking surface thereon, a first frontal extractor extending from the striking head, and a second frontal extractor disposed between the handle and the striking head. In one embodiment, the hammer includes a slot positioned between the first and second frontal extractors, and the webbing being integrally formed with the frontal extractors to connect the frontal extractors together.
