  • Patent number: 11810190
Abstract: A crypto ETP is administered by a portfolio modeling computer/(PMC), a fund administration computer/(FAC), an order taking platform computer/(OTP), a custodian computer/(CC), and a paying agent settlement computer/(PASC). The PMC defines the ETP and captures data for a cryptocurrency index. The CC tracks Underlying Assets held by the ETP, and sends the data to the FAC, which calculates the NAV of the Underlying Assets to generate a Portfolio Composite File/(PCF) sent to the OTP. The OTP receives and validates/confirms with the CC, orders for creations and redemptions of the ETP from Authorized Parties/(APs), in exchange for the Underlying Assets and/or cryptocurrency. The PASC provides settlement on the Exchange in cryptocurrency by: receiving confirmation from the CC of transfer of underlyings, ETPs or cryptocurrency from the APs to a blockchain wallet associated with the PCM; and issuing units of the ETPs, underlyings or cryptocurrency to the APs.

  • Patent number: 11798002
Abstract: A user may provide a financial card to an automated teller machine (ATM) or point of sale (POS) terminal and may be authenticated by providing a gesture and/or an image selection via a mobile device to the ATM or the POS. The gesture and/or image selection may be provided using a touchscreen of the mobile device. The gesture and/or image provided by the user via the mobile device may be compared to a stored gesture and/or image provided by the user during an earlier registration of the financial card. If there is a match between the gesture and/or image provided by the user via the mobile device and the previously stored gesture and/or image, then the user is authenticated and may access an account associated with the financial card.

  • Patent number: 11790352
Abstract: This disclosure relates to transaction systems and particularly to transaction systems of a peer-to-peer nature for digital assets. The asset transfer system may store user, user accounts, and transaction information in associated logic tables within a memory of a server hosting the asset transfer system. Through the use of, but limited to, curl functions, the asset transfer system may communicate with remote servers housing user wallets and user wallet information to perform transactions of digital assets between users. Before verification and proof of work can be established to complete the transfer of digital assets, the asset transfer system may report to the users of a transaction the details of the transaction. Users of the asset transfer system need not know encrypted or random keys to perform such digital asset transactions and may transfer digital assets only by identification of a username stored within the asset transfer system.

  • Patent number: 11790334
Abstract: Blockchain supported resource transfer communication protocol techniques are described. In an implementation, a semantic message is received encoding parameters to be implemented as part of a resource transfer involving a digital wallet. A quote is generated specifying attributes as part of implementing communication connections to perform the resource transfer in compliance with the parameters specified by the semantic message. An acceptance message is received indicating acceptance of the quote, the acceptance message including credentials of the digital wallet. Generation is initiated of an application executable as part of a blockchain as complying with the parameters and the attributes. Data describing the application as executable as part of the blockchain is transmitted for distribution to the digital wallet. The resource transfer is initiated through execution of the application as part of the blockchain.

  • Patent number: 11775967
Abstract: Provided are a transaction delegation method, a transaction delegation system, and a computer readable medium storing a computer program. In this transaction delegation method: a second device that stores account data in a blockchain system receives, through communication outside the blockchain system, delegation data from a first device used by a user, the delegation data being for delegating execution of a desired transaction of the user in the blockchain system; a delegation transaction that causes an execution smart contract executing a transaction based on an account of the user in the blockchain system to execute the desired transaction is created on the basis of the delegation data transmitted from the first device; and the delegation transaction with payment of a fee token or a utility token required for executing a transaction is broadcast to the blockchain system on the basis of the account data.

  • Patent number: 11763287
Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable media for secure generation of one-time passcodes using a contactless card. In one example, an operating system (OS) of a device may receive a uniform resource locator (URL) and a cryptogram from a contactless card. The OS may launch an application associated with the URL. The application may transmit the cryptogram to an authentication server. The application may receive a decryption result from the authentication server indicating the authentication server decrypted the cryptogram. Based on the decryption result, the application may request an OTP. The processor may receive an OTP from an OTP generator. The application may receive an input value and compare the input value to a copy of the OTP. The application may determine that the comparison results in a match, and display, based on the determination that the comparison results in the match, one or more attributes of the account.

  • Patent number: 11741244
Abstract: Some embodiments provide a method for evaluating a policy for authorizing an API (Application Programming Interface) call to an application. Based on a first set of parameters available before receiving the API call, the method evaluates only a portion of the policy to produce a partially evaluated policy. The method stores the partially evaluated policy in a cache. The method then receives an API call to authorize, and determines whether the API call should be authorized by fully evaluating the policy, using the partially evaluated policy retrieved from the cache first storage, and a second set of parameters associated with the API call. The method responds to the API call with a policy decision based on the fully evaluated authorization policy.

  • Patent number: 11727394
Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for providing comprehensive payment transaction services through a digital wallet. The digital wallet enables a user to conduct an electronic transaction with a merchant or another user. In one aspect, the digital wallet may modify a payment arrangement of the electronic transaction. For example, the digital wallet may determine a first payment arrangement that specifies one or more financial instruments and a payment deferral time period for the electronic transaction. Subsequent to processing the electronic transaction, the digital wallet may determine a different, second payment arrangement for the electronic transaction. The digital wallet may modify the electronic transaction based on the second payment arrangement without canceling the electronic transaction. In another aspect, the digital wallet may manage rewards by dynamically withholding rewards, releasing the rewards, and/or distributing at least portions of the rewards to different users.
