  • Patent number: 11288277
Abstract: A continuous query identified by an archived relation of an application may be received. A physical query plan may be generated for the continuous query and/or a child operator plan may be identified. A buffer operator may be inserted between the child operator and its parent operator and/or the event information from the child operator may be stored in the buffer operator. A query operator may be identified in the physical query plan. It may be determined that the query operator identified in the physical query plan is a same type as a second query operator in a second continuous query concurrently executing. Further, a combined query plan may be generated based at least in part on the query operator identified in the physical query plan being the same type as the second query operator in the second continuous query.

  • Patent number: 11281644
Abstract: In some examples, a first node is able to communicate with one or more second nodes for participating in a consensus system. The first node may receive a plurality of pieces of sequential data from a plurality of data sources. The first node may generate a block for a first blockchain that includes a plurality of the pieces of sequential data in the block. Based at least partially on determining that the data source of the last piece of sequential data entered in the block for the first blockchain is different from a data source of the next piece of the sequential data, the first node may generate a block for a second blockchain that includes the next piece of the sequential data, and may further associate an indicator with the block generated for the second blockchain that indicates the block in the first blockchain.

  • Patent number: 11281690
Abstract: A first database system may receive an access request from a connector module associated with a client application. The access request may include one or more access credentials for accessing a database associated with the first database system. The connector module may transmit one or more access parameters to the first database system. A connection string may be dynamically identified based on the access parameters. The connection string may be transmitted to the connector module, and may be used to establish a connection between the client application and the second database system. The connector module may also provide fallback capability for establishing a connection with a standby database server when a primary database server is unavailable such that open transactions are halted during the transitioning of the connection and resumed thereafter without having to abort the transactions.

  • Patent number: 11226995
Abstract: Techniques are described for creating geospatial elements based on geographical data. In one example, a method for creating geospatial elements based on geographical data includes collecting one or more geographical indicators comprised in a set of operational data, the geographical indicators indicating one or more geographical areas. The method further includes collecting, from a set of geographical data, geospatial data associated with the one or more geographical areas indicated by the one or more geographical indicators. The method further includes generating one or more aggregated geospatial elements based on the one or more geographical indicators and the geospatial data.

  • Patent number: 11093505
Abstract: Techniques for managing real-time business event analysis and monitoring are provided. In some examples, a logical request may be received at a business intelligence server configured with a continuous query service. Additionally, the continuous query service may be configured to translate the logical request into a physical request. Further, business intelligence information may be provided based at least in part on querying against an event data stream with a continuous query configured based at least in part on the physical request translated by the continuous query service.

  • Patent number: 11030578
Abstract: Methods and systems may provide for identifying a first set of recipients associated with an away status. Additionally, the first set of recipients may be removed from a second set of recipients associated with a bulk communications campaign to obtain a third set of recipients, wherein a first message may be sent to the third set of recipients. It may be determined that the away status has ceased for one or more of the first set of recipients, wherein a second message may be sent to the one or more of the first set of recipients for which the away status has ceased. The second message may reference the away status. Methods and systems may also provide for a brokering system to enable the transfer of away status information between different collectors of away status information and senders of messages.

  • Patent number: 10922326
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for providing knowledge panels with search results. In one aspect, a method includes receiving a query. Search results that are responsive to the received query are obtained. A first set of factual entities referenced by the received query are identified. A particular factual entity is selected from the first set. It is determined that a knowledge panel for the particular factual entity is to be provided with the search results based, at least in part, on content of the knowledge panel and characteristics of the search results. The knowledge panel can include at least one content item, for the selected factual entity, received from a first resource and at least one content item, for the selected factual entity, received from a second resource different than the first resource. The knowledge panel is provided.

  • Patent number: 10789213
Abstract: For calculation of digest segmentations for input data using similar data in a data deduplication system using a processor device in a computing environment, a stream of input data is partitioned into input data chunks. Similar repository intervals are calculated for each input data chunk. Anchor positions are determined between an input data chunk and the similar repository intervals, based on data matches between a previous input data chunk and previous similar repository intervals. Digest segmentations of the similar repository intervals are projected onto the input data chunk, starting at the anchor positions.

  • Patent number: 10535007
Abstract: A method for determining a similarity between a plurality of graphs includes inferring a low-rank representation of a first graph, inferring a low-rank representation of a second graph, wherein the low-rank representations of the first and second graphs are stored in memory, estimating a left interaction between the first and second graphs, estimating a middle interaction between the first and second graphs, estimating a right interaction between the first and second graphs, wherein the estimations are based on the low-rank representations of the first and second graphs stored in memory, and aggregating the left interaction, the middle interaction and the right interaction into a kernel, wherein the kernel is indicative of the similarity between the first and second graphs.

  • Patent number: 10243831
Abstract: A method of updating a score in a network of linked nodes is provided. Scoring information including a node identifier and a score value for a node in a network of nodes is received. The score value is determined using an analytic model and a parameter value. An anchored network record for which the node is an anchor is identified using the node identifier. A node record for the node is identified in the identified anchored network record. A network score value is computed based on the score value. The identified node record is updated with the score value and the computed network score value. A next anchored network record that includes the node is identified using the node identifier. A second node record for the node is identified in the identified next anchored network record. The second node record is updated based on the updated, identified node record.
