    Abstract: A electric power control device for a hybrid electric power system according to the present disclosure includes an electric power measuring unit that is configured to measure output electric power of the electric power system, and a controller that is configured to control operations of a first electric power generator and a second electric power generator of the electric power system based on a preset control mode and the measured output electric power, wherein the controller controls an output voltage of the first electric power generator to be a first offset voltage corresponding to an output of the second electric power generator for a first time when the output of the second electric power generator is controlled to be switched from an ON state into an OFF state.

    Abstract: Apparatus and methods are provided to power an N-type load switch using a bootstrap capacitor. In one embodiment, an integrated circuit for a wireless power receiver comprises a first rectifier input terminal (RX1), a second rectifier input terminal (RX2), a first bootstrap terminal (HSB1), a second bootstrap terminal (HSB2), and a load switch terminal (LSW). A first and a second bootstrap circuit are coupled with HSB1 and HSB2 to power the rectifier in a regular mode. A load switch driver circuit is coupled between LSW and either HSB1 or HSB2. In the regular mode the load switch driver circuit powers a load switch through a corresponding bootstrap circuit. In an output shutdown mode, an output shutdown circuit is turned on to turn off the load switch. In one embodiment, the load switch is external to the integrated circuit. In another embodiment, the load switch is internal to the integrated circuit.

    Abstract: A micro-grid control system has a first 2×2 decoupled controller that controls voltage and voltage angle by adjusting real and reactive power using real time feedback, and a second 2×2 decoupled controller that controls real and reactive power by adjusting voltage and voltage angle using real time feedback. The first 2×2 decoupled controller and second 2×2 decoupled controller together form a hierarchical microgrid control system, where the second 2×2 decoupled controller is a supervisory controller of the first 2×2 decoupled controller. The micro-grid control system may also include a third 2×2 decoupled controller that supervises the second 2×2 controller.
