A hermetic seal is formed between the first and second wall portions. The second cover has a terminal edge lying within the first wall portion of the first cover, the terminal edge being segmented into a plurality of fingers that cooperate with a ledge surface of the first cover to pinch the peripheral edge of the damping device.
