  • Patent number: 11648918
Abstract: A compensation control system is provided for preventing braking inconvenience of a flex brake that compensates for brake hydraulic pressure only for initial braking when a brake mode is forcibly switched, thus allowing a driver to recognize a change in braking force, and thereby improving stability when a vehicle is driven. The control system forcibly switches the brake mode, selected by a driver when a booster system fails, into a normal brake mode, and compensates to reduce the magnitude of brake hydraulic pressure, which is to be reduced when the brake mode is forcibly switched, during initial braking.

  • Patent number: 11643085
Abstract: A drive assist apparatus includes a processor and a storage. The processor includes a line-of-sight detector, an emotion estimator, and a notification processing unit. The line-of-sight detector detects information on a line of sight of one or both of a vehicle occupant present in a vehicle and a traffic participant present around the vehicle. The emotion estimator estimates an emotion of the one or both of the vehicle occupant and the traffic participant. The storage stores, when the estimated emotion is detected as a positive emotion, data on a viewpoint including information on a position of the vehicle on map data and information on the line of sight. The notification processing unit makes, on the basis of the data on the viewpoint stored in the storage, a notification of information on a direction to notice to the vehicle occupant present in the vehicle traveling through a location corresponding to the viewpoint.

  • Patent number: 11623767
Abstract: Examples for relational time-series classification method for corrosion maintenance dispatch. A method may involve generating a self-organizing map for each parameter that corresponds to a group of aircraft. The self-organizing map organizes time-series data associated with a parameter into a two-dimensional representation. The method may further involve, for each map, identifying polar coordinates that represent a location of a particular node, in a grid of nodes within the self-organizing map, that is located closest to the time-series data organized in the two-dimensional representation. The method may then involve providing polar coordinates identified from each self-organizing map, along with indications of corrosion levels corresponding to the aircraft, as inputs into a classification model to train the classification model to determine trends between the parameters.

  • Patent number: 11618473
Abstract: A vehicle travel control device executes vehicle travel control such that a vehicle follows a target trajectory. An automated driving control device generates a first target trajectory that is the target trajectory for automated driving of the vehicle. The vehicle travel control device further determines whether or not an activation condition of travel assist control is satisfied. When the activation condition is satisfied, the vehicle travel control device generates a second target trajectory that is the target trajectory for the travel assist control. Even when the second target trajectory is generated during the automated driving, or when the second target trajectory is generated during the automated driving and a priority condition for giving priority to the first target trajectory is satisfied, the vehicle travel control device executes the vehicle travel control by giving more weight to the first target trajectory than to the second target trajectory.
