The noise reduction structure of the disclosure has a simple structure and is suitable for baby strollers or hand carts. By additionally arranging a resetting member between the supporting frame and the stroller frame, the supporting frame always has a resetting tendency, that is, when the supporting frame is unloaded, the resetting member may suspend the wheel, so as to avoid noise caused by friction between the wheel and the supporting surface.
