Abstract: Packaging may include cushioning components. Cardboard corrugate cushioning elements may be configured with a folded cardboard spring, lateral stability wrap, and stiffening element. The cushioning components may include mechanical bends formed as creases, that provide resistance to deformation, thereby allowing the cushioning component to absorb impact and vibration, and replacing the need for less environmentally friendly cushioning, such as expanded polystyrene or foam cushioning.

Abstract: A beverage insulator with an adjustable beverage lift assembly that allows a user to set a height for positioning a beverage container inserted within the open end of the beverage insulator so that the beverage container protrudes a sufficient amount for drinking from the top of the beverage container but keeps much of the beverage container surrounded by the beverage lift assembly. The user can adjust the beverage lift assembly to work with cans and bottles of different sizes.

Abstract: An insulating holder is provided for a conventional disposable beverage cup. The insulating holder includes an upward-facing flange that supports the beverage cup at its peripheral bead and without interfering with a disposable lid that may be fitted to the cup by snap fit over the peripheral bead. The insulating holder further includes a retaining mechanism that holds the disposable cup and lid in the holder without interfering with the ability of the user to drink from the cup. The insulating holder further includes means to facilitate insertion of the cup into the holder without requiring the user to hold the cup either by its bead or by the lid.

Abstract: A container and a method for storing and consuming a food product are disclosed. The container includes a base. The container includes first accordion-pleated extending from the base and forming an interior with the base. The container includes second accordion-pleated walls extending from the first accordion-pleated walls. The second accordion-pleated walls form an opening. The first accordion-pleated walls and the second accordion-pleated walls expand or collapse under the action of a substantial force. The first accordion-pleated walls receive a food product into the interior through the opening. The first accordion-pleated walls expand or collapse while storing the food product in the interior and the second accordion-pleated walls expand to retain the food product within the interior. The second accordion-pleated walls collapse, and the first accordion-pleated walls collapse under the action of the substantial force to push the food product for consumption by a user through the opening from the interior.

Abstract: A collection tank for a mobile vacuum excavator includes a front with a closed end, a rear with an open end, a door configured to be closed over the open end, and a linkage assembly having a first end attached to the door and a second end attached to the body. A first pivotal movement drives the first end and second end away from each other, and a second pivotal movement moves the first end and the second end toward each other. An actuator is attached to the first arm and to the second arm so that actuation of the actuator in a first direction drives the first pivotal movement and actuation of the actuator in a second direction drives the second arm the second pivotal movement.

Abstract: A food container has a container bottom and a container lid. The container bottom has a base and walls upstanding from the base to define a container bottom interior. The container lid has a top cover and side edges and the top cover overlies the base when the lid is in closed connection with the bottom. The top cover includes an elastically deformable portion and an inelastic portion. Each of the elastically deformable portion and the inelastic portion overlies different portions of the base when the lid is in closed connection with the bottom. The elastically deformable portion facilitates accommodation of an item within the container bottom interior that rests on the base that underlies the elastically deformable portion and that extends into contact with the elastically deformable portion as the lid is shifted into closed connection with the bottom by deforming elastically outwardly away from the base.

Abstract: A reusable container holder is provided. In some embodiments, the container includes a recyclable can and the holder includes a housing in which the can is held. The assembly also includes a locking assembly designed to lock the can within the holder until intentionally removed, and a sealing assembly designed to ensure that the interface between the can (when opened) and the holder is fluid-tight. In use, a can of fluid (e.g., liquid detergent) is first opened and then inserted into the reusable container holder. Once placed in its proper position within the holder, the can is automatically locked and sealed in place. The holder includes a removable top cap that once removed allows the fluid from the can to be poured. When the can is empty, the can is release from the holder so that a new can may be inserted.

The beverage container includes a vacuum chamber located radially between an inner tubular sidewall and an outer tubular sidewall and axially between an inner bottom wall and an outer bottom wall. The combined heat capacity of both of the inner tubular sidewall and the inner bottom wall can be greater than the combined heat capacity of both of the outer tubular sidewall and the outer bottom wall such that a vacuum insulated thermal reserve is formed. Heat can be exchanged between the thermal reserve and the beverage to stabilize the temperature of the beverage to counteract ambient cooling/heating of the beverage. Various embodiments concern a cap that seals with a disposable cup that is held within a container body, allowing a beverage to be contained in the disposable cup while being insulated by the container body, with or without a thermal reserve.

Abstract: The present invention is a scalable, lockable container designed to prevent children from accessing the contents in the container. It includes an inner tray that is slidably mounted within an outer sleeve in releasable locking engagement. The lock mechanism includes a lock tab carried at one end of the inner tray that engages an engagement edge formed inside the outer sleeve. When so engaged, the inner tray is locked within the outer sleeve and cannot be removed from the outer sleeve. The lock tab is released by applying pressure to the outer sleeve, adjacent the lock tab, to disengage the lock tab from the engagement edge in the outer sleeve. This allows the lock tab to move past the outer sleeve engagement edge so the inner tray can be withdrawn from the outer sleeve, providing access to the contents of the box.
