  • Patent number: 11095073
Abstract: A locking clip for plug housings has a rear wall and side parts formed on the rear wall. The locking clip has a U-shaped cross-section. The side parts each have a mounting receptacle, by which the locking device can be pivotably mounted on the plug housing. The locking device has an embossment directed toward the plug housing in the region of each mounting receptacle. Thus, the locking device is not supported on the plug body over the full surface, and therefore a lower-wear locking operation is ensured. A system includes a first plug housing and a second plug housing and a locking clip. The locking clip is pivotably mounted on the first plug housing by mounting pins. The locking clip can be locked on the second plug housing on locking pins. The locking clip touches the plug housings only at the mounting pins and at the locking pins.

  • Patent number: 11075484
Abstract: A protection sheath structure for switch wire connection device provides dustproof and waterproof effects and enhances the assembling security between the switch wire connection device and the conductive wire. The protection sheath has the form of a cylindrical body including a head section having a mouth section, a belly section connected with the head section and a tail section connected with the belly section. The head section and the belly section together define a chamber for assembling with the switch wire connection device. The tail section defines a guide hole permitting the conductive wire to plug into the protection sheath. Multiple annular ribs are disposed on a circumference of the tail section to enhance the structural strength of the protection sheath (or the tail section), whereby the tail section is able to bear external force produced in wiring operation of the conductive wire.
