The system includes a muster site receiving device at a muster site to record an identification ID from beacon broadcasts of workers at the muster site. The on-site record is compared to the recorded muster site IDs to determine if all workers have mustered. Alarms may be triggered if not.

By associating MAMs into components of a WDS, live signals in the WDS can be monitored and measured for monitoring the performance of components within the WDS. The MAMs include a multiple application software platform architecture that includes one or more application layer applications configured to receive and monitor signals in the WDS, and to provide application level information about such monitored signals to other systems or technicians. The application level information can be used by a technician or other system to diagnose or calibrate the WDS and/or the communications components provided therein.

The one or more bumpers may enhance the cooling of the cell phone and increase the audio volume by creating a gap between the rear of the phone case and the surface upon which the phone has been laid.

    Abstract: Systems and methods of determining a device position are described. GPS and cellular signals, in addition to VIO displacement are used to determine the device position via a loose or tight coupling algorithm. Both algorithms iteratively linearize base station position equations around an intermediate position that changes each iteration based on VIO displacement and solves the linearized solutions until convergence. The loose coupling algorithm uses the GPS fix as an initiation position, linearizing and solving using the base station equations only. The tight coupling algorithm linearizes both the base station and GPS position equations, using an arbitrary initial position. To account for multipath effects, the linearization and solution are performed for multiple random sets of measurements and the position with the smallest error metric is selected.
