  • Patent number: 10174505
Abstract: A roofing debris collection apparatus having one or more gutter liners constructed to fit in an interior of a gutter to collect roofing debris; one or more debris chute drapes; and one or more drape support poles to maintain the debris chute drapes in a vertical angled orientation adjacent the gutter to guide roofing debris from a roof to the ground. Roofing debris is allowed to accumulate in the gutter liners or to fall off the roof on to the debris chute drapes and to slide from the debris chute drapes onto a tarp on the ground. The roofing debris is collected and removed by collecting the gutter liners from the gutter and gathering the tarp from the ground. The roofing debris collection apparatus allows for rapid collection and removal of roofing debris and protects the sides of a building from any damage that might be caused by the collection of roofing debris.

  • Patent number: 10167638
Abstract: The invention is a mixed stucco block of gypsum blocks. Due to using a layer of compacted polystyrene in its center, it is much lighter than regular gypsum blocks. In addition, its heat transfer coefficient is less than solid stucco panels. In addition, due to applying some smithereens in it along with support system and innovative Rabyts, mechanical connection of cement mortar is provided for it. Therefore it is possible to use this block in wet places including in bathroom, WC, and as the side wall of the façade.

  • Patent number: 10151108
Abstract: Architectural precast concrete construction relies on mechanical connectors at discrete location that may be damaged in a blast or seismic event, posing specific design problems to the engineer. These problems can be overcome with proper detailing. The performance of precast concrete cladding wall panel connection details may be enhanced by incorporating a specific connection hardware, herein described, that deforms elastically or inelastically to accommodate relative displacements due to building motion and/or energy associated with blast pressures.

  • Patent number: 10145404
Abstract: A bushing includes an upper collar with a lower sheath and an annular shoulder intermediate the collar and sheath. The collar has a plurality of spaced apart notches and the sheath has a plurality of spaced apart slits that may be circumferentially aligned with the notches. The sheath has a plurality of spaced apart ribs projecting outward circumferentially offset from the slit for assisting in maintaining the sheath within a hole in a fastener with the annular shoulder against the fastener. A securing member with an elongate shank extending from a head with a distal portion is maintained in the longitudinal opening in an upright position aligned with the hole. As the fastener is driven longitudinally through the opening and hole, force from the fastener causes the bushing to break away and yields direct contact between the securing member head against the top surface of the fastener.
