Abstract: A transportation and storage container (20) for fluids having an inner container (22) made of plastic, an outer jacket (31) preferably realized as a lattice made of metal as well as a pallet-like base frame (24) formed for being handled by means of forklifts or similar modes of transportation, and comprising a support base (23) made of sheet metal for supporting the inner container (22) provided with at least one filling neck (45) at an upper side (47) of the inner container (22), wherein an intermediary container (21) receiving the inner container from all sides and made of sheet metal is arranged between the inner container (22) and the outer jacket, said intermediary container (21) comprising a jacket case (25), a container lid (26) connected to the jacket case (25) and a container bottom connected to the jacket case (25), the container bottom being formed by the support base (23) of the base frame (24).

Abstract: Devices and methods are disclosed for protecting individuals from the sharp ends of medical objects following use on a patient. Such sharp objects include hypodermic needles, scalpel blades, cannulae, trocars, and the like. The protective cover is designed to surround and sequester the sharp in a shell that is will not permit further puncture or cutting with the sharp. In an embodiment, the protective cover also absorbs any fluids on or in the used sharp and prevents any fluids from escaping the protective cover. The devices are configured to be integral to procedure trays or kits such that space and discarded materials are minimized along with the potential for injuring someone with a used, contaminated medical sharp.

Abstract: An interlocking ring wafer separator for reducing particles during shipment of integrated circuit wafers has a wafer shelf, an interlocking tab which prevents the edge of the wafer from coming into contact with the inner wall of the wafer shipping container, and an interlocking slot into which the interlocking tab of a second interlocking ring wafer separator may be inserted locking the two interlocking ring wafer separators together in the coin stacked wafers.

Abstract: A shipping and display container includes a top box installable over a bottom box. The bottom box is configured to receive goods provided in the bottom box in an upright and folded orientation and includes a pair of opposed sidewalls and at least one elongate divider affixed to the bottom box and extending between the opposed sidewalls and configured so as to maintain the goods in the upright and folded orientation. The top box is installable upon the bottom box with the goods received therein in the upright and folded orientation for shipping of the goods and is removable from the bottom box after shipping. The bottom box and the divider cooperate to maintain the goods in the upright and folded orientation for display thereof after removal of the top box.

Abstract: The current disclosure is directed to a container with a dispensing schedule and, in various described implementations, to a container and a complementary cap that includes a dispensing schedule. During each dispensing cycle, which includes removing the cap from the container to allow access to the contents of the container and re-securing the cap to the container, the display schedule is automatically advanced to a next indication. In one implementation, the container is a bottle with a threaded neck and the cap is complementarily threaded and has a cylindrical rim and a schedule display. An indication on or within the schedule display is displayed through an aperture in the cap rim. Features included in the cap and the schedule display interoperate to ensure that the displayed indication is advanced to a next indication when the cap is unscrewed from, and subsequently threaded onto, the bottle.

Abstract: The invention relates to a container and to the use thereof. The container has a chamber with a base for receiving a mixture component and an adapter for fixing the chamber to a second container. The adapter is connected to the chamber via a first connector and has a second connector to connect to the second container. Additionally, the adapter forms a flow channel for the mixture component extending between the first and the second connector. The adapter also has a blade element in the flow channel comprising a blade facing the base of the chamber in order to open the base. The first connector allows the chamber to rotate relative to the adapter and to the blade, said blade designed to cut through the base of the chamber along the edge of the base while the chamber rotates.

A compartment is also provided for containing applicators or the antigens, such that an individual can extract the antigen from the vial in a single dose; and para instructions associated with a therapeutic program for utilizing the vials of antigens and the supplements in accordance with a therapeutic program that is predefined. The construction of the kit, including the dosages of the antigen, the types of antigens and the supplements all associated with a particular therapeutic program.

Abstract: A package includes an outer sleeve and a slider for holding a blister pack slidably mounted within the outer sleeve. The outer sleeve includes a wall having an outer panel and an inner panel. The inner panel has a locking edge formed at a terminal end thereof spaced from and facing a closed end of the sleeve. A locking flap is formed at a terminal end of the slider extending in a direction away from a closed end of the outer sleeve for engagement with the said wall of the outer sleeve. The flap has a free edge for engagement with the locking edge of the inner panel to prevent the slider from being removed from the outer sleeve when the slider is fully received within the outer sleeve.

Abstract: A dispensing system for mailing and other bags comprises a plurality of bags (10) arranged as a stack, each bag being frangibly connected along their upper side edge at (15) to a header (16), and a fastener (18) extending through the header (16) of each bag for securing the bags (10) together into an assembly, the system further comprising hanger (24) for supporting the bag assembly, the hanger (24) comprising a formation (26) arranged to engage a complimentary formation (20) on the rear of the fastener (18). The hanger (24) can be permanently fixed to a support structure and the assembly of bag (10) is then fitted to the hanger by engaging the formation (20) on the fastener with the complimentary formation (26) on the hanger (24). The bags (10) then hang from the hanger (24) in such a way that they can easily and singlehandedly be opened and detached by pulling them away from their header (16).
