The cup body has first and second ends and an inner sidewall forming a cup cavity. The inner sidewall includes a first positioning notch. The ring is at least partially disposed within the cup cavity adjacent to the first positioning notch and includes an inner ring surface and defines a ring cavity. The ring is constructed from a compressible material that is positionable in a first, expanded configuration and a second, compressed configuration. The cosmetic substance has first and second ends and an elongated body therebetween. At least a portion of the elongated body is disposed within the ring cavity. Upon disposing at least a portion of the cosmetic substance within the ring cavity, the ring is adapted to apply a retaining force thereto.

The cosmetic package comprises a cosmetic container and a cosmetic dropper coupled to the cosmetic container. The cosmetic dropper further comprises an applicator member, a bulb portion, a cap and a pipe. Actuation of the bulb portion displaces the composition from the interior of the pipe onto the applicator member. The applicator member is formed from an elastic material and flexes relative to the pipe.

According to another solution, a combination of the support, the spindle, and the compound can be inserted into the device housing from the top for connecting to the rotary handle.

A stable structure is thus provided that only requires the inner cover to produce a smaller amount of elastic deformation to provide the lipstick container with airtightness, and is not easy to cause air leakage of the lipstick container due to misalignment, and hence more durable.

An indicator, which is attached to the marker assembly, is radiopaque and thus is radiographically visualized. The user can manipulate the elongate handle to motivate the marker assembly across an anatomical region of a subject who is being radiographically visualized. The indicator thus can be localized over an anatomical target, such that selective actuation of the marker assembly marks the skin over the anatomical target.
