Abstract: In non-limiting examples of the present disclosure, systems, methods and devices for enabling conversational bot communications are presented. A marketplace comprising an identity of a plurality of skills may be maintained, each of the plurality of skills associated with a manifest and a conversational bot. A request for execution of a specific skill may be received. A plurality of conversational bots may be identified, each of the plurality of conversational bots being associated with a manifest for executing the specific skill. The plurality of conversational bots may be ranked. The specific skill may be caused to be executed by the highest ranked conversational bot. In some examples, a plurality of highest ranked conversational bots may be surfaced and a bot that is selected may execute the specific skill.

Abstract: An electronic device, while displaying a first user interface that includes a plurality of activatable user interface objects, detects an input by a contact on the touch-sensitive surface that corresponds to a first activatable user interface object, which is associated with a first control function having a first value as a current value of the control function. In response to an input that meets toggle criteria, the device toggles the first control function between a first state based on the first value for the control function and a second state. In response to an input that meets control adjustment criteria, the device replaces the first user interface with a second user interface for selecting among a set of available values for the control function. In response to movement of the contact across the touch-sensitive surface, a current value for the control function is changed.

Abstract: A personal display system with which a user may adjust the configuration of displayed media is provided. The personal display system may include an electronic device operative to provide media to a personal display device operative to display the received media. Using one or more optical and digital components, the personal display device may adjust displayed media to overlay features of a theater, thus giving the user of the personal display device the impression of being in the theater. In some embodiments, the personal display device may detect the user's movements using one or more sensors and may adjust the displayed image based on the user's movements. For example, the device may detect a user's head movement and cause the portion of media displayed to reflect the head movement.

The interface may be presented as a plurality of dynamic icons representing a plurality of items. The plurality of dynamic icons may include at least one suggested dynamic icon representing at least one suggested item of the plurality of items and at least one secondary dynamic icon representing a secondary item of the plurality of items. The interface may be facilitated by determining, via a processor, a visual bias for the at least one suggested dynamic icon relative to the at least one secondary dynamic icon. The interface may be facilitated by applying the visual bias, via the interface, to the at least one suggested dynamic icon.

Information characterizing interactions of the first user with the first set of applications within the first task-specific workspace at or near a first time may be obtained and/or stored responsive to a pause and/or completion of the first task at the first time. The one or more windows corresponding to the first set of applications for the first task may be minimized and/or closed. Responsive to a re-start of the first task, the first set of applications may be restored based on the environment state information.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-storage media, for dynamic document annotations. In some implementations, a keyword is identified in a first view of a document, the first view being provided on a user interface. An annotation for the keyword is provided for display at a first location with the first view provided on the user interface. An adjustment to the first view is detected that causes a second view of the document on the user interface, where a position of the keyword in the second view is different from a position of the keyword in the first view. In response to detecting the adjustment to the first view, the annotation is hidden from the user interface, and, after hiding the annotation, the annotation for the keyword is provided for display at a second location with the second view of the document.

Abstract: In an approach to generating and using a sentence model for answer generation, one or more computer processors ingest a first corpus of a plurality of text sentences. One or more computer processors convert the plurality of text sentences into a plurality of sentence vectors. One or more computer processors group the plurality of sentence vectors into a plurality of sentence clusters, wherein a sentence cluster is composed of sentences that are semantically similar. One or more computer processors receive a second corpus. One or more computer processors determine, for each sentence cluster of the plurality of sentence clusters, a frequency each sentence cluster appears in the second corpus. Based on the determined frequency, one or more computer processors calculate a probability of each sentence cluster of the plurality of sentence clusters. Based on the calculated probabilities, one or more computer processors generate a first sentence model.

The computing system includes a head mounted display (HMD) device including a display, a processor configured to execute one or more programs, and associated memory. The processor is configured to display a virtual object at least partially within a field of view of a user on the display, identify a plurality of control points associated with the virtual object, and determine that one or more of the control points associated with the virtual object are further than a predetermined threshold distance from the user. The processor is configured to, based on the determination, invoke a far interaction mode for the virtual object and receive a trigger input from the user. In response to the trigger input in the far interaction mode, the processor is configured to invoke a near interaction mode and display a virtual interaction object within the predetermined threshold distance from the user.

The method also includes detecting a first gesture performed with either the first device or the second device, wherein the first gesture causes a first action that is based at least in part on the orientation of the first device relative to the second device.

Abstract: The system provides a method and process for displaying and sorting messages in a communication system. The system allows multiple folders of messages to be opened simultaneously. The system also displays sent and received messages in the same display when desired. The system includes automatic and/or custom color coding of messages for ease of identification of message types, sent or received messages, root sender, cc messages, responsive messages, etc. The system also includes a unique navigation system to allow the user to more easily move through related messages, threads, and folders. The navigation system can be used in situations where the prior art would have required a search to be executed.
