    Abstract: A camp lantern includes a housing having an outer wall, a lower surface, and an upper surface with an LED module positioned thereon. A U-shaped handle attached to opposing sides of the outer wall allows the lantern to be easily transported to remote locations. Removably superimposable on the LED module is a frosted, semispherical cover that allows the lantern to be used as a portable light source. Any one of a plurality of interchangeable, substantially opaque covers with transparent, thematic design elements can be substituted for the frosted cover to convert the camping lantern to an image projector. When the LED module is activated, light only passes through the transparent portions to project the design elements onto a tent or cabin ceiling.

    Abstract: A lighting system for a hat includes a front housing containing lighting elements that mates with a back plate positioned on the inside of the hat. Driver circuitry controls operation of the LEDs for various lighting modes, and a cover for the front housing is translucent and designed in the shape of a recognizable logo or other design. Electric power comes from a battery located on the back plate, and is provided through the hate using prongs or projections that pass through the hat, from the back plate to a circuit connector in the front housing. The circuit connector is electrically coupled to circuitry on a circuit board in the front housing.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a flexible light strip made of fluorescent material, including a substrate integrated with a plurality of flip-chips or LEDs arranged in parallel, wherein a phosphor outer layer is wrapped around the substrate, and a cross section of the phosphor outer layer is rectangular or arc-shaped, etc. In the present application, the substrate is wrapped with a flexible phosphor outer layer to achieve its own target color temperature, which simplifies the processing technology and brings the advantage of uniform light emission at the same time. The distance between the light sources, the number of arrangements, and the thickness of the wrapping fluorescent material are controlled, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform light emission. Compared with the existing conventional uniform light emission schemes, the processing technology links are reduced, and the cost is effectively saved, thus the invention has good popularization.

The lighting control module comprises a controller configured to temporarily close a circuit comprising a load wire configured to connect an AC power source to the capacitor through the luminaire, whereby electricity flowing through the load wire flows through the capacitor in the light bulb and charges an energy storage device in the lighting control module electrically coupled to the load wire. The controller is configured to after temporarily closing the circuit, re-open the circuit prior to the capacitor fully charging, so as to prevent a light emitting element of the light bulb electrically coupled to the capacitor from illuminating.

Some of the fixtures are spotlights while other fixture are intended for in ground use. The light fixtures in at least some embodiments include power control features. In spotlight embodiments beam angle and power or light output can be controlled without opening the light assembly or compromising the water tight seals which also protect against dirt. In ground embodiments support tilt angle setting which allow a user to set the light fixture to one or more tilt angles. Beam angle can also be changed in some embodiments as well as power control. Beam angle, power control and tilt angle adjustments are supported in some embodiments but need not be supported in all embodiments with some embodiments using one or more of the described features but not all features.
