Abstract: An adjustable multi-layer bra includes an inner bra layer, an outer bra layer, and a middle layer that are independently adjustable for positioning and compression of the breasts. The bra includes an inelastic frame to minimize unnecessary compression of the wearer's torso or chest, and adjustment components of the independent bra layers are provided on the front of the bra for ease of use by the wearer.

Abstract: An example reduced-coverage back-smoothing brassiere includes a right and left brassiere cup, right and left brassiere wings, each coupled to at least a portion of one of the two brassiere cups and one of two brassiere straps, first edges of the brassiere wings each being a continuous curve leading to the exterior edge of the respective brassiere wing, the second portion of the right brassiere strap being coupled to the right brassiere cup and the second portion of the left brassiere strap being coupled to the left brassiere cup, a second edge of each of the brassiere wings extending in an unbroken curve from the respective brassiere strap toward the fastening section, a continuous, unbroken curve being created by the interior edge of each of the two brassiere straps along the second edge of each of the two brassiere wings, respectively.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a wetsuit that provides support for the lumbosacral region of the wearer. The wetsuit has at least one layer of foam rubber or other wetsuit material with a lumbar portion disposed in the lumbosacral region of the wearer. In certain embodiments, the wetsuit has at least one tensioning mechanism that allows the wearer to selectively change a level of support provided by the lumbar portion to the lumbosacral region of the wearer.

The first and second control panels support flesh under the arms of the user, eliminating overhang of the flesh. The back panel assembly has a high back design.

Abstract: A puffer jacket configured to provide improved temperature regulation through graduated venting. In one embodiment, the jacket includes a back panel with baffles and insulation arranged to provide reduced insulation and increased venting of heat and humidity toward the center of the back. The back panel may include an alternating arrangement of insulation baffles (containing insulation) and vent baffles (free of insulation). The insulation baffles and vent baffles may be formed by joining inner and outer layers of fabric with laterally extending lines of stitching. The lines of stitching may follow paths selected to progressively change the relative size of the vent baffles and the insulation baffles toward the center of the back. For example, the lines of stitching may give the insulation baffles a somewhat hourglass shape shortening toward the center of the back resulting in increasingly greater venting of heat and humidity toward the center of the back.

Abstract: Concepts provided are directed to a sock having a toe seam that is primarily located on a lateral side of the sock. The sock may comprise a foot locating feature to ensure that the wearer dons a right footed sock on a right foot and a left footed sock on a left foot so that the toe seam is localized to the lateral side of the wearer's foot when the sock is worn by the wearer.

Abstract: An apparatus for protecting cosmetic enhancements, such as false eyelashes, eyelash extensions, or enhanced eyebrows from water, such as shower water, is disclosed. The protective apparatus may comprise a headband, a visor, and left and right ear pieces. The protective apparatus may be worn above a wearer's eyebrow lines and may adjust to create a water impervious seal with a wearer's forehead or face. A structure comprising a combination of the headband and left and right ear pieces' may create the water impervious seal between the protective apparatus and the wearer's face or forehead. The structure may comprise a planar stretchable material, left and right ear pieces, and ear piece adjustment mechanisms. A combination of all or any of the above-listed elements may support deflecting water from the cosmetic enhancements. The water impervious seal may minimize water seepage to the wearer's cosmetic enhancements.

Abstract: A bodice system includes a combination of stretch and non-stretch fabrics and/or textiles that are shaped, arranged, layered, and connected from front to back, to provide lift, shape, and support to a wearer's breasts in a comfortable garment. The bodice system includes an under-bust cradle, an elastic support band around the wearer's torso, three-piece left and right breast cups, a curved sling within each of the breast cups, left and right shoulder straps, and a flexible back aligning member integrally formed with each of the shoulder straps. The elastic support band is coupled to the under-bust cradle along the anterior portion of the bodice system, and to the back aligning member along the posterior portion of the bodice system. The interconnectedness of the components of the bodice system enable front-to-back lift, shape, and support for the wearer's breasts, even breasts that are D-cup and larger in size or volume.

When the chamber is pressurized with the pressurized fluid, a substantial majority of the first tensile member layer is separated from the second tensile member layer by a distance that corresponds to a length of the plurality of tethers. In addition, the first tensile member layer is held in contact with the second tensile member layer by the stitching in the stitched region, thereby forming an area of the chamber having a reduced thickness relative to adjacent portions of the chamber.

One or more substantially torus shaped confectionery units is removably coupled to an outside surface of said truncated conic housing.
