    Abstract: In endoscope is presented which enables one to carry out measurement of an unevenness existing on an object by the use of laser beams, without being affected by white light for observation. White light is irradiated on the object only during the time when measurement of the unevenness is not being carried out, and the image information obtained by the use of the white light is displayed continuously while being stored in a memory.
