The outer surface of the first wall portion has a contact surface that is lined up with the pressed surface in the axial direction of the stator core. The contact surface is allowed to contact the bottom wall of the housing.

The sensor is arranged stationary in the high pressure chamber on the stationary end of the carrier unit.
