  • Patent number: 12211620
Abstract: Techniques described herein relate to training and executing machine learning models configured to determine injury probabilities based on vehicle accident data. In some cases, a decision tree model may be constructed including various branching criteria based on particular vehicle accident data and injury ground truth data, including leaf nodes storing corresponding injury probabilities. A model execution component may execute the trained models to determine the probability of potential injuries associated with vehicle accidents. Based on the potential injury probabilities, a vehicle accident analysis system may identify target computer systems and/or target processes to be initiated on the target systems, based on the injury probabilities. In some example, the model execution architecture may be implemented using an event-driven system and/or cloud-based data storage and services to receive, store, and process data events associated with individual vehicle accidents.

  • Patent number: 12211622
Abstract: A system provides artificial intelligence health support for people. The system renders specific, targeted treatments for people by using a flow engine and a conversational service to call one or more conversational modules. The treatments for the people may be tracked. The flow engine and/or one or more of the modules may include different instructions to perform for different programs and/or goals that have been configured. The flow engine and/or one or more of the conversational modules may also include instructions to perform when certain features are active (which may be activated when certain programs and/or goals are configured), when data regarding activity for people are received, and so on. Other modules may be dedicated to particular programs and/or goals. Some modules may determine whether or not to perform various instructions repetitiously, and/or may determine to do so when a priority of a previous instruction is below a threshold.

  • Patent number: 12183456
Abstract: Embodiments herein describe tracking the use of medical devices to update their remaining life. In addition to tracking the remaining life of the overall device, the embodiments herein can track the remaining life of each component which may be greater than the life of the medical device. Unlike typical modular devices which are replaced after they break or exceed their expected life, one-time use (or limited use) medical devices may be limited to use by a specific patient before they are discarded. The embodiments herein can use communication between healthcare providers and a tracker database to track the usage of a medical device and update the remaining life of its components to identify components that can be recycled after the medical device is no longer being used.

  • Patent number: 12176081
Abstract: Systems/techniques that facilitate customized exceptions for intelligent protocoling are provided. In various embodiments, a system can access a data candidate associated with a medical patient. In various aspects, the system can execute a trained machine learning model on the data candidate, thereby identifying a first medical imaging protocol to be performed by a medical imaging scanner on the medical patient. In various instances, the system can determine whether the data candidate triggers a conditional protocol exception, wherein the conditional protocol exception identifies a second medical imaging protocol that is to be implemented when a condition is satisfied by the data candidate. In various cases, the system can, in response to determining that the data candidate satisfies the condition, select the second medical imaging protocol to be performed by the medical imaging scanner on the medical patient instead of selecting the first medical imaging protocol.

  • Patent number: 12136479
Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods for presenting therapy events on a continuous, time-based data feed. An algorithm for arranging data on the feed can position icons on the feed with information regarding therapy events at a time each event occurred without blocking or interfering with the data feed, including when the data feed is scrolled, zoomed, or otherwise repositioned. The algorithm can include clustering, buffering and affinity components. The clustering component can combine different events occurring at the same time into a single event and keep those events visually together on the data feed. The buffering component can provide a buffer around each event so there is no overlapping of depicted events. The affinity component provides an affinity for placing events as closed to a CGM trend line on the data feed as possible in view of the positioning of other events.

  • Patent number: 12125585
Abstract: A dialysis (e.g., hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis) machine is instantiated with a blockchain application to help safeguard the machine from malicious attacks and provide a reviewable transaction log. The blockchain application may operate on a component level within a single dialysis machine or multiple dialysis machines that collectively operate within a blockchain community. Multiple rules and regulations may be utilized among the dialysis machines or dialysis machine components to ensure authorized instructions alter dialysis machine operations. The verification process can occur, for example, by discrete dialysis machine components verifying the instruction with a remote service or discrete dialysis machines verifying the instruction with the remote service. When a pre-set number of components or dialysis machines verify the instruction and develop a consensus, such as 50%, 75%, 90%, etc., the target component or machine executes the instruction.
