  • Patent number: 11012216
Abstract: A user equipment (UE) that performs control signal transmission according to a single-segment subframe format is described. In an aspect, the UE selects a single-segment subframe format as an uplink transmission format for a subframe instead of a multi-segment subframe format. This selection may be based on an indication received by a network node that the single-segment subframe format is to be used for transmission of the one or more control signals. In addition, the UE transmits the one or more control signals on an uplink control channel using the single-segment subframe format.

  • Patent number: 10986695
Abstract: A wireless device receives uplink cancellation indication configuration parameters comprising: a cancellation indication RNTI; and a sequence of serving cell-specific parameters comprising: an identifier of a serving cell; a first parameter indicating a first position in a DCI for the serving cell; and a second parameter indicating a second position in a DCI for a SUL carrier of the serving cell. A first DCI, associated with the cancellation indication RNTI, comprising cancellation indications is received. A determination is made of a first cancellation indication, in the cancellation indications, based on: the first position when a scheduled uplink transmission is for a normal uplink carrier of the serving cell; and the second position when the scheduled uplink transmission is for the SUL carrier of the serving cell. The scheduled uplink transmission is canceled based on the first cancellation indication.

  • Patent number: 10972225
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that provide for group or one-shot acknowledgment (ACK) feedback reporting, in which feedback for a number of different downlink transmissions may be provided by a user equipment (UE) to a base station. A base station may trigger a one-shot feedback report that includes less than all of the ACK feedback that is available at the UE to provide in a report. The ACK feedback may include an indication of an ACK or a negative acknowledgement (NACK) along with information related to a data indicator associated with the downlink transmission. In some cases regular ACK feedback reports and one-shot feedback reports may be multiplexed and transmitted by a UE. Further, a last downlink transmission to be included in a one-shot feedback report may be determined based on a receipt time of scheduling information or an ACK feedback timeline.

Abstract: Systems and methods of providing a NPRACH preamble in a multefire system are described. A UE configured for multefire NB-IoT or eMTC operation receives, from an eNB, access information that includes a SIB on a narrowband channel of an unlicensed band. Based on the access information, the UE transmits a NPRACH preamble in two or six contiguous uplink subframes. The NPRACH preamble is transmitted in two or six contiguous subframes. When two subframes are used, four symbol groups each having a 266.7 ?s CP and two symbols are transmitted without a gap therebetween. When six subframes are used, four symbol groups each having a 266.7 ?s CP and five symbols are transmitted without a gap therebetween.

  • Patent number: 10951683
Abstract: A system and process are provided for remotely viewing a customer screen image and interacting with the customer's device (desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone) using a standard web browser. In operation, an agent is provided with an account on a server, and can send a link and/or instructions to the customer to provide the agent with access to the customer device. An application installed on the customer device captures image frames to be shared and divides them into subsections, transmitting to the server only those sections that have changed relative to the previously transmitted frame. The agent's browser retrieves tiles from the server as they change, and displays them for the agent. The system and process enable the agent to obtain system information and remotely control various functions of the customer device when authorized by the customer.
