Abstract: Automated vehicle repair estimation by preferential ensembling of multiple artificial intelligence functions is provided. A method comprises receiving, from each source of a plurality of the sources, a respective vehicle repair recommendation set for a damaged vehicle, wherein each vehicle repair recommendation set identifies a recommended vehicle repair operation of a plurality of the vehicle repair operations for the damaged vehicle; determining a respective source rank of each source from a plurality of the source ranks; generating a composite vehicle repair recommendation set that identifies the recommended vehicle repair operations in an order determined according to the source ranks of the respective sources; and providing the composite vehicle repair recommendation set to one or more vehicle repair insurance claims management systems.

Abstract: A system and method for calculating a journey excellence score (JES) for a customer journey in a contact center, including, during a training phase: representing each of a plurality of tagged customer journeys by a list of attributes and a value associated with each of the attributes, wherein each of the tagged customer journeys is tagged with respect to a dissatisfaction indicator, and training a model using the plurality of tagged customer journeys, based on the associated values and tags, to generate model weights; and at runtime: obtaining the customer journey; representing the customer journey by the list of attributes and a value associated to each of the attributes; and calculating the JES for the customer journey by applying the model weights to the associated values.

Abstract: Considering the number of OSS components and the number of OSS license types available today, the number of license attributes to be considered for analyzing a product at a granular level is a challenge to perform manually, prudently considering legal implications of non-compliance and contamination and also within the limited time available today before go to market in the software industry. Systems and methods of the present disclosure intelligently facilitates a matrix which is able to identify OSS components in a deliverable and also facilitates the product owner to identify proprietary IP that can be suitably protected and licensed without contamination by the accompanying OSS components in the product under consideration. License attributes of the OSS components are mapped suitably and a final attribute is derived for each OSS component embedded in the product under consideration.

Abstract: A system is provided for generating compliance manuals from modularized data and taxonomy-based classifications of regulatory obligations. The system comprises a plurality of databases storing regulatory compliance data and a plurality of processors that process the regulatory compliance data to generate business requirements for complying with regulatory obligations and corresponding compliance information related to the business requirements. A taxonomy engine receives business operating parameters related to a first business and identifies a subset of the business requirements and compliance information related to the business operating parameters of the first business. The taxonomy engine further aggregates the business requirements and the compliance information related to the business operation parameters and generates a compliance manual containing the business requirements and the compliance information for use by the first business.

Abstract: A blockchain-based method for purchase document transformation and accountability is provided. Offer documents for a real estate transaction are maintained and a review of the documents is performed by comparing populated fields of each document with offer compliance guidelines. When the fields of the offer documents comply with the offer compliance guidelines, the offer documents are grouped as an offer for the transaction. Public and private documents from the offer are formed as separate data blocks, which are provided to a tier of supernodes. Each data block is added to a ledger of transactions via one of the supernodes. A copy of each data block is stored on each of the supernodes. An immutable record of each data block is transmitted from the supernode to a tier of network nodes and the immutable record of each data block is committed to a blockchain via each of the network nodes.

Abstract: Provided herein are media, systems, and methods that identify the address of a rental property from public sources (e.g., rental listings, maps, and county property records). A data mining task process may be performed, by each of a plurality of first data ingestion interfaces to a unique external property data source, to determine at least one property record depiction, each property record depiction associated with a property record. A first machine learning algorithm may be applied to the at least one rental property depiction and the at least one property record depiction from each data source to identify one or more common property records, wherein each common property record comprises a property record that refers to the rental property. A data mining task process may be performed, by a second data ingestion interface to the one or more common property records to determine the street address of the rental property.

Abstract: Calculating a score for a chain of interactions in a call center may include: during a first training phase, train a first model which, given an interaction and interaction metadata, predict an initial estimated customer satisfaction score; during a second training phase, train a second model which, given an interaction and interaction metadata, text and metadata of an immediately preceding interaction in a chain of interactions, and features of the chain, predict a refined estimated customer satisfaction score; and during an inference phase: given a chain of interactions and metadata of each interaction, compute an initial estimated customer satisfaction score for each interaction using the first model; beginning with a second interaction in the chain and metadata of each interaction, compute a refined estimated customer satisfaction score for each interaction using the second model; combine the interaction scores into a combined customer satisfaction score; and output the score.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for integrating damage evidence with appraisal management system to create a unified user experience for improving a virtual damage appraisal process. The system may display a curated collection of evidence providing an overview of the vehicle and sections of a vehicle damaged during an adverse incident. A user may select a damaged section from a plurality of damaged sections to view damage evidence determined by machine learning algorithms to best reflect the selected damaged section may be displayed. The damage evidence may be displayed concurrently with vehicle part selection and repair line editing functionality in a configurable graphical user interface (GUI) of a virtual appraisal application. Additionally, the system may generate set of recommendations for repairing or replacing the damaged parts in the selected section. The user may add the recommendations to a repair estimate as repair estimate lines.

Abstract: A system and method for collecting and managing property information is disclosed. The system and method allow for buyers, sellers, agents and other parties that may have relevant information for a real estate transaction to collect and/or view property information stored in a property information storage system. The system and method include a virtual property notebook that facilitates collecting data about properties so that the information can be added to the property information storage system. Users are guided through a property using the virtual property notebook running as a software application on a remote device. The remote device can be used to collect image information. Users may be instructed to further inspect a property structure such as an appliance that the system has automatically detected. The system and method further include a prediction system that can provide estimated property values based on collected information.

Abstract: This application relates to apparatus and methods for identifying fraudulent transactions. A computing device receives return data identifying the return of at least one item. The computing device obtains modified strategy data identifying at least one rule of a modified strategy. The rule may be based on the application of at least one discrete stochastic gradient descent algorithm to an initial strategy. The computing device applies the modified strategy to the received return data identifying the return of the at least one item, and determines whether the return of the at least one item is fraudulent based on the application of the modified strategy. The computing device generates fraud data identifying whether the return of the at least one item is fraudulent based on the determination, and may transmit the fraud data to another computing device to indicate whether the return is fraudulent.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method for verifying the authenticity of goods for sale. The system includes an authenticity device on the product which determines a code using a two step authenticity algorithm which inputs time as a variable and outputs the code. The code may be displayed on the authenticity device. The smart device contacts the manufacturer via an application and a wide area network and provides identification information regarding the product. Based on the identification information, the manufacturer finds the copy of the authenticity algorithm stored at the manufacturer, runs the algorithm, and returns the code to the smart device.

Browsing history information and purchase history information from a website may be obtained based at least in part on the user identifier. The browsing history information and the purchase history information may be filtered to obtain a data set based at least in part on a plurality of item categories associated with items included in the browsing history information and the purchase history information. A metric for the item may be determined based at least in part on the data set and a base metric for the item.

Abstract: A system and method for collecting and managing property information is disclosed. The system and method allow for buyers, sellers, agents and other parties that may have relevant information for a real estate transaction to collect and/or view property information stored in a property information storage system. The system and method include a virtual property notebook that facilitates collecting data about properties so that the information can be added to the property information storage system. Users are guided through a property using the virtual property notebook running as a software application on a remote device. The remote device can be used to collect image information. Users may be instructed to further inspect a property structure such as an appliance that the system has automatically detected. The system and method further include a prediction system that can provide estimated property values based on collected information.

Abstract: An account validation system may include an account validation server. The server may store an order purchase history for accounts. The order purchase history may include a purchased product. The server may obtain an account identifier from a user device for a given user and communicate the purchased product to the user device for display thereon based upon a corresponding account associated with the account identifier. The server may communicate a fake product that is inconsistent with the order purchase history to the user device and based upon the order purchase history for the corresponding account. The server may also cooperate to prompt the given user to differentiate the purchased product from the fake product, and determine, based upon the user device, whether the given user has differentiated the purchased product from the fake product, and when so, validate the corresponding account.
