Abstract: A mobile terminal apparatus can generate data indicating a screen displayed on a display unit using software depending on selection states of the display unit. A first display unit and a second display unit display images. The apparatus causes at least one of the first display unit and the second display unit to display a content. The apparatus selects one or more of the first display unit and the second display unit. The apparatus acquires screen data indicating a screen displayed on the selected display unit. The apparatus generates image data based on the acquired screen data.

Abstract: A scenario generation device includes a processor that executes a procedure. The procedure includes: detecting data representing a target object of an operation target and data representing a user operation on the target object based on objects displayed on a screen by application software operating on a computer; detecting data representing a peripheral object positioned at the target object periphery from out of the objects displayed on the screen, and detecting a positional relationship on the screen between the target object and the peripheral object; and generating a scenario in which the data representing the user operation, the data representing the target object, the data representing the peripheral object, and data representing the positional relationship are associated with each other.

Abstract: Techniques related to data collaboration between different entities are disclosed. In an embodiment, a graph may be displayed in a computer graphical user interface. The graph may include nodes and edges. Each node may represent a distinct data object. Each edge may represent one or more relationships between the two distinct data objects. Based on one or more redaction criteria, a portion of the graph may be identified to be redacted before the graph is exported. Display of the graph in the computer graphical user interface may be updated to remove display of the portion of the graph. After the updating, a request to export the graph may be received. Responsive to receiving the request, a machine-readable representation of a redacted graph may be exported.

Abstract: A method executed in a process control environment automatically generates, displays, and tracks check lists according to assigned work items. The work items include information such as required equipment, required safety equipment, required tools, target function, and target equipment. The target function and/or target equipment information can be associated, together or separately, with the required equipment, required safety equipment, and required tools if the required equipment and tools are not specifically included in the work items. The check lists indicate the required equipment, tools, devices, parts, maintenance materials, manuals, and/or documents, that are necessary to perform the target function on the target equipment. A check list is displayed on a user interface device, which tracks, internally or in cooperation with a supervisor engine, whether a user of the user interface device has checked off the items on the check list.

Abstract: A user may perform activities at an automated device having various technical features, such as a display, a printer, a camera, a microphone, a speaker, and other features used to perform activities at the automated device. During performance of an activity, the user may run into an issue and request assistance from an agent having a computing device (e.g., a portable computing device). Additionally or alternatively, the automated device may detect the issue and send a request for assistance to a computing device managing a transaction assistance portal or directly to the agent's computing device. The request may identify the user, the activity, and/or the issue, and the agent and his or her computing device may be used to resolve the issue. The agent's computing device may also be used to facilitate customer relationship management with the user.

Abstract: An automated system and method for presenting trending content items to a user in a graphical user interface. The system and method generates trend scores of content items for a user based on current interactions with the content items by top collaborators of the user. By accounting for trends in the form of current content item interactions by collaborators, the system and method determines which content items are both currently relevant to a given user and currently trending among the user's collaborators. The system and method presents content items determined to be trending for a user in a graphical user interface presented to the user. The system and method system improve computers for information discovery by enabling users to spend less time searching for content items.
