  • Patent number: 12047622
Abstract: Techniques, systems, and methods are disclosed to generate messaging to view content on media devices based on predictive factors. Information may be received to trigger one or more predictive factors and then generate a candidate set of offers to view content at a media device based on the information. Based on the one or more predictive factors, confidence values may be determined for each offer in the candidate set of offers. The candidate set of offers may be ranked based on the associated confidence values. Subsequently, presentation of at least one offer of the candidate set of offers may be caused to display in a user interface screen on the media device based on the ranking.

  • Patent number: 12043165
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for operating a high-resolution projection headlight for a motor vehicle. The high-resolution projection headlight has an active LED pixel matrix light source which comprises an LED matrix monolithically integrated into a semiconductor chip with a plurality of light diode-based pixels and a driver circuit for separately controlling each individual pixel within the LED matrix. A current digital image of a sequence of images is continuously rasterized by means of a graphical controller from graphical data with at least one graphical object (50) and is provided for image reproduction with the projection headlight. A value for a thermal loading of the LED pixel matrix light source is continuously determined. During the rasterizing of a current digital image, surface areas (52) of the graphical objects (50) to be projected are at least partially masked with a masking (60, 61) and modulated, provided that the value for thermal loading exceeds a limit value.

  • Patent number: 12041310
Abstract: Embodiments of the inventive concepts disclosed herein are directed to systems and methods of providing in-flight entertainment related content. A content server may upload first content to in-seat client terminals for local storage and subsequent playback. The content server may upload second content to overhead client terminals for local storage and subsequent playback. Each client terminal may synchronize to a defined reference point for initiating playback of the first content and of the second content. Each client terminal may operate independently of each other and the content server subsequent to initiation of the playback. Subsequent to the initiation of the playback and in response to a system disruption to the playback at a client terminal, the client terminal may resume the playback of the corresponding content at the client terminal at a point at which the disruption occurred. The resumption may be independent of the playback in other client terminals.

  • Patent number: 12041300
Abstract: The invention provides a method of media content delivery, where the time taken to deliver each chunk of content is measured, from which the stability or consistency of delivery times are calculated. The amount of data buffered at the user's device awaiting decoding and play-back can then be adjusted (such as by playing out the content slower or quicker), in order to achieve a good compromise between continuous play-out and low end-to-end delay, taking into consideration the current network characteristics.

  • Patent number: 12035896
Abstract: A device and method for color correction of two camera systems each having an imaging device and an illumination source. The camera systems are separately white balanced with the imaging device outside a scene. Their white balance gains and color correction matrices are saved. Based on the measurements, combined white balance gains and combined color correction matrices are computed and saved. Thereafter, with the imaging devices in a scene, performing white balancing by measuring the R, G, and B values of both imaging devices together, and then white balancing by measuring the R, G, and B values of each separate imaging device with the other camera system's light off. Comparisons are made of each camera's scene measurements against the combined scene measurements. If they are significantly different, the combined light set of white balance gain and color correction matrix is applied to digital signal processing paths of each camera system.

  • Patent number: 12019360
Abstract: A chromaticity adjusting method of a projector includes a first light source for emitting blue light and a second light source for emitting yellow light including red light and green light. A chromaticity value of the blue light is acquired and the chromaticity value and the luminance value of each of the red light and the green light is obtained. The second target chromaticity value is determined based on the first target chromaticity value, the chromaticity value of the blue light, and the chromaticity value and the luminance value of each of the red light and the green light. Light quantities of the first and second light sources are controlled based on the second target chromaticity value. Signal levels of the red, green, and blue color components included in the video signal are controlled according to the difference between the first target chromaticity value and the second target chromaticity value.
