  • Patent number: 10428833
Abstract: The present application relates to an axial turbomachine low-pressure compressor stator. The stator includes an outer annular casing made of organic matrix composite materials. The stator also has groups of vanes having an outer shroud, several rows of stator vanes spaced axially from one another, and segments of inner shrouds at the inner ends of the vanes. The rows of stator vanes are aligned along the circumference of the casing. Each outer shroud is pressed against the inside of the casing so it can be fastened by means of attachment pins. The outer shroud, and the rows of vanes of said group forming a one-piece assembly. The device of the present application reduces the number of vane attachment elements to a few attachment portions distributed on the shroud.

  • Patent number: 10408232
Abstract: A turbo machine according to present disclosure includes a rotating shaft, a first impeller, a first fluid bearing, a first holding member, a first lubricating liquid casing, a first supplying passage, and a first squeeze film damper. The first fluid bearing rotatably supports the first taper portion and the first cylindrical portion. The first fluid bearing is attached to the first holding member. The first lubricating liquid casing forms a first storing space. The first supplying passage is a passage through which a lubricating liquid is supplied to the first storing space. The first squeeze film damper is a space located between the first fluid bearing and the first holding member. The first squeeze film damper communicates with the first supplying passage.

  • Patent number: 10393024
Abstract: A multi-air stream cooling system is provided. The multi-air stream cooling system may comprise an inner vane support, a flow guide, and a fastened inner duct. The inner vane support may partially define a first airflow path. The flow guide may couple to the inner vane support and may partially define a second airflow path. The fastened inner duct may couple to the flow guide and may partially define a third airflow path. The inner vane support may comprise a discharge slot to allow a first airflow into a blade rim cavity. The flow guide may comprise a tangential onboard injector (TOBI) to provide a second airflow through a cover plate. The flow guide may also comprise a bypass passage configured to enable a third airflow from the third airflow path.

  • Patent number: 10294961
Abstract: A cylindrical case main body, and a connecting ring body fitted and fixed to a first end of the case main body and having an annular groove open in the centrifugal direction, are provided. The connecting ring body has a notch open to a side opposite to a second end of the case main body. Into the notch of the connecting ring body, a reinforcement body is fitted, and the reinforcement body has an arc-shaped groove continuing to the annular groove of the connecting ring body in a state where the reinforcement body is fitted into the notch of the connecting ring body. In addition to attaining high rigidity, reduction in weight and reduction in manufacturing cost can also be achieved.

  • Patent number: 10280939
Abstract: A cylindrical case body made of a composite material; a linking ring made of aluminum, fitted and fixed to a rear end portion of the case body and having an annular groove which receives a reverse thrust load from a reverse thrust transmission body; and ring constituent bodies made of titanium alloy, each of which is placed in the rear end portion of the case body and has an arcuate groove which undertakes a reverse thrust load larger than that received by the linking ring, are provided in a fan case. The ring constituent bodies are fitted in notches of the linking ring and are brought into contact with outward receiving walls of the linking ring. The ring constituent bodies are positioned relative to the case body in the axis direction and in the radial direction, and the annular groove and the arcuate grooves continue to each other.
