Abstract: Provided are a tub assembly and a washing machine. The tub assembly includes an outer tub, and a lining tub disposed in the outer tub fixedly connected to the outer tub. An inner wall of the outer tub is protected by means of the lining tub, thereby preventing the problem of bacteria breeding caused by an inner wall face of the outer tub and washing water being in contact for a long time, or the problem of mildew occurring due to the inner wall of the outer tub being in a damp environment for a long time. The washing effect of a washing machine can be effectively improved, thereby preventing health and hygiene problems, etc.

Abstract: A laundry lifting device for a washing machine includes a body with an accommodating chamber, a water inlet arranged in the body and communicated with the accommodating chamber, and a centrifugal drainage assembly arranged in the accommodating chamber. The centrifugal drainage assembly includes a sealing plunger capable of doing reciprocating motion and an elastic piece for elastically resetting the sealing plunger, the body is provided with a plunger base for installing the sealing plunger, and the elastic piece is kept limited in the plunger base in the reciprocating motion process of the sealing plunger. The elastic piece is installed in the plunger base in the sealing mode, and the elastic piece is kept limited in the plunger base in the reciprocating motion of the sealing plunger. So thread scraps are prevented from being hung on the elastic piece.

Abstract: A washing machine has a rotatable drum and drum drive and a drum container for it, an inlet device to introduce water into the drum onto laundry therein, a pump and water pipes, several temperature sensors on the drum container, a heater for heating water and a washing machine controller connected to everything. Laundry in the drum is moistened with a defined quantity of water, wherein the moisture penetration varies depending on the fiber type of the laundry. Then a predefined quantity of water with a predefined temperature is applied to this laundry. The washing machine controller can deduce the fiber type of the laundry from the way how quickly and to what extent heat is extracted from this quantity of water.

A circulating pump is connected to the washing machine for pumping the treatment mixture into a treatment holding tank.
