    Abstract: Disclosed are methods of transferring heat comprising providing a device, using a heat-transfer fluid to transfer heat to or from the device, wherein the heat-transfer fluid compositions comprise at least one unsaturated fluoroether having the formula CF3(CF2)xCF?CFCF(OR)(CF2)yCF3, CF3(CF2)xC(OR)?CFCF2(CF2)yCF3, CF3CF?CFCF(OR)(CF2)x(CF2)yCF3, CF3(CF2)xCF?C(OR)CF2(CF2)yCF3, or mixtures thereof, wherein R can be either CH3, C2H5 or mixtures thereof, and wherein x and y are independently 0, 1, 2 or 3, and wherein x+y=0, 1, 2 or 3.
