Abstract: Provided is a buffer system for adjusting first-in first-out, more particularly, a buffer system that temporarily stores a plurality of substrates and is capable of adjusting first-in first-out. The buffer system includes one or more buffer layers having shafts and rollers fitted and fixed to the shafts so as to temporarily store or transfer substrates, a vertically moving unit moving the buffer layers up or down such that a buffer layer having thereon a substrate to be transferred is connected to a driving unit, and the driving unit rotating the shafts of the buffer layer having thereon the substrate to be transferred to transfer the substrate.
Abstract: A material transfer unit is described that includes a truck, a hopper configured for mounting proximate a rear of the truck, and a conveyor comprising a catch section, a head section and a conveyor belt extending therebetween. The catch section is configured for placement under the hopper and the head section is configured for placement proximate a front of the truck. The head section is further configured for movement with respect to the truck for placement of transferred material.

Abstract: A light pole erector and remover (10) for pedestal mounted light poles (74) that is comprised of three major elements: a transportation dolly (20), a pedestal attaching and lifting mechanism (22), and a pole tilting mechanism (24). The dolly (20) has fixed and steerable wheels attached to a tongue (34). The mechanism (22) is hinged to the dolly (20) and has a pair of base support arms (52) that embrace a concrete pedestal (56). Each arm (52) has a ratchet buckle tie-down (58) used for encircling the pedestal (56) and securing the mechanism (24) to the pedestal (56). The mechanism (24) is pivotally affixed to the mechanism (22) and includes a pair of ratchet buckle tie-downs (58) that encircle and secure the pole (74) to the invention (10). The pole (74) is horizontally positioned on the tilting mechanism (24), tied down and rotated to a vertical position over the concrete pedestal (56) and then lowered for attachment to the pedestal (56).
Abstract: A two staged system for powering the loading of a container upon a roll-off truck body or trailer utilizing initial movement of a single shoe within the vehicle frame and powering of movement thereof into abutment with respect to second movable shoe each of which includes a sheave about which the powering cable extends. Each shoe member moves through a path which is overlapping such that initially enhanced power and slower movement are provided to the container and during the second or final stage faster movement and less power is applied.
