Abstract: A board portal system provides the ability to manage multiple boards, where each of the boards may be a separate legal entity. The board portal may provide the ability to establish links between the multiple boards and create parent-child relationships with subsidiary boards. With the board portal, users can create content and make it viewable and accessible across multiple boards that related through a parent-child relationship. At the same time, the board portal maintains a requisite level of separation between the related boards in the portal using encryption and/or other separation techniques. As a result, the board portal facilitates flexible workflow patterns and communication processes based on the proper hierarchical structure that exists between the parent organization and its subsidiaries.

Abstract: A method and a device for signaling multiple audio mixing gains in a teleconference using Real-time Transport Control Protocol (RTCP) feedback. The method includes receiving an input audio stream from a 360-degree video stream, the input audio stream including mixing gains, declaring an RTCP feedback rate for receiving the mixing gains, based on an allocated bandwidth, and signaling the mixing gains using the declared RTCP feedback rate. The mixing gains may include audio gains from the input audio stream and audio gains from overlay audio streams. The RTCP feedback rate used for signaling the mixing gains may be constant or event-based feedback rate.

Abstract: Methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage mediums provide virtual network slicing without duplicating network configuration data (also referred to as network configuration information) on a slice-by-slice basis by maintaining a single physical network datastore including network configuration information for all network entities in the physical network, but generating slice views for respective virtual network slices as needed over time. Methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage mediums also enable configuration of a plurality of virtual network slices sharing a physical network infrastructure.

Abstract: There is much data that is currently not being captured during user interaction with mobile apps that could provide insight into how to effectively address a user concern. Capturing such data may allow auto-adjustments of operational responses provided by mobile apps in response to detecting anomalous user inputs. Such anomalous user inputs may include keyboard dynamics or mobile device movement that deviate from an average or user specific levels. Such anomalous user inputs may indicate that a user concern is particularly urgent. Auto-adjustments to operation of a mobile app may include initiating targeted chatbot or live chat responses.

Abstract: A method for a proxyless protocol includes intercepting, from a client, a first Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) connection request requesting to establish a TCP connection between the client and a proxy for routing data to a destination server. The request includes client information and a first sequence number. The method also includes transmitting, to the destination server, a second TCP connection request to establish a TCP connection between the client and the destination server. The second request includes a second sequence number less than the first sequence number. The method also includes intercepting, from the destination server, an acknowledgment message indicating acknowledgment of the second TCP connection request. The method also includes transmitting, to the destination server, a proxy protocol header message with the client information.

Abstract: Anomalies in network traffic are detected using machine learning. A plurality of machine learning models is employed to determine whether there are anomalies in network traffic of an MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) network that can affect the performance of devices in the network. A first machine learning model is trained on network traffic passed through network tunnels of a plurality of routers in the network. A second machine learning model is trained on router-specific network traffic passed through router-specific network traffic for a subset of the network tunnels associated with a particular router. The first machine learning model is employed to determine a network anomaly, and the second machine learning model is employed to determine a router-specific anomaly. A router error is identified when both a network anomaly and a router-specific anomaly are determined. An indication of the router error is communicated to a computing device.

Abstract: One or more servers are provided for processing incoming service messages for customers which are account holders of accounts that are managed at least in part by a service provider. An incoming service message may be received from a user device via a network. The incoming service message may include free-form input data (e.g. free-form text data or free-form audio data). The free-form input data may be processed to determine one or more intent classifiers and/or one or more emotion classifiers using artificial intelligence, e.g. a natural language understanding function. A service department identifier may be selected based on at least the one or more intent classifiers or the one or more emotion classifiers. A message may be sent to a selected service representative identifier associated with the selected service department identifier, where the message includes an identifier for identifying information associated with the incoming service message.

Abstract: An operations integration processor mapping information in a language-independent data format to a tag format for integration with a tag-based control and data acquisition system. The operations integration processor receives a response from a web service and parses the response to identify one or more attribute-value pairs contained in the response. The response contains information in a language-independent data format different than a tag format. The processor maps the parsed response to one or more tags, which have at least one of a name and a value based on the information provided in the response associated with them.

Abstract: The described technology is generally directed towards an automation agent for network equipment configuration. The automation agent can be incorporated into a network automation platform. The network automation platform can include, inter alia, a communication channel, such as a data movement as a platform (DMaaP) communication channel, which is used by various components of the network automation platform. The disclosed automation agent can monitor the communication channel for network equipment configuration communications generated by other components of the network automation platform. In response to a network equipment configuration communication, the automation agent can create an interface update file comprising the updated interface configuration data, and send the interface update file to a network equipment configuration update service for deployment to the network equipment.

Abstract: Presented herein are embodiments of mechanisms to add security in the communication of messages between devices, particularly in the context of VXLAN (Virtual eXtensible Local Area Network (LAN)) environments. When a VXLAN device sends a multicast message to discover other devices in the network, there is possibilities for rogue devices to respond and then receive data that is not intended for them. In one or more embodiments, information handling systems operating as a VTEP (VXLAN tunnel endpoint) may use enhanced encryption that is shared with other authorized VTEP—but not shared with rough VTEP devices—to verify other authorized VTEPs. In one or more embodiments, information used to verify a VTEP device is included in the message, such as included in the header, which a properly configured receiving VTEP will recognize and use to verify that that sending VTEP is not a rogue device.

Abstract: Disclosed are various examples for providing contextual awareness with an internet of things (IoT) infrastructure in an enterprise workspace. IoT devices can connect to a network through a gateway or other edge device enrolled in a management service. The gateway device can provide context-based services defined by the management services to users in an enterprise through interactions with IoT devices. A gateway device can identity managed user devices within a service range of the gateway device. When a managed user device is within the service range of the gateway device, the gateway device can provide a context-based service by interacting with connected IoT devices.

Abstract: A system and method are disclosed for generating a teleconference space for two or more communication devices using a computer coupled with a database and comprising a processor and memory. The computer generates a teleconference space and transmits requests to join the teleconference space to the two or more communication devices. The computer stores in memory identification information for each of the two or more communication devices. Each of the two or more communication devices transmits a communication system stream, comprising audiovisual information recorded by each communication device, to the computer. The computer stores each of the communication system streams in memory, and generates an outbound teleconference stream comprising at least one of the two or more communication system streams. The computer transmits the outbound teleconference stream to each of the two or more communication devices.

Abstract: A system and method are disclosed associated with a multi-tenant cloud computing environment. The system may receive information about a serverless function workload (e.g., a NodeJS, Java function or ABAP workload) to be launched in the cloud computing environment. A tenant associated with the serverless function workload to be launched may be identified and, based at least in part on the identified tenant, an objective function (e.g., throughput, latency, cost, etc.) for the serverless function workload to be launched may be identified. A recommendation service platform may then iteratively configure tuning parameters of the cloud computing environment using Bayesian optimization (e.g., to reach a global optimum using a Gaussian process) and the determined objective function. The system may then arrange for the serverless function workload to be executed in the cloud computing environment in accordance with the configured tuning parameters.

Abstract: A method and system corrects a content delivery infrastructure. The method of the system includes receiving a request to resolve reported issues for the content delivery infrastructure, collecting content delivery metrics for the content delivery infrastructure, executes a language transformer model on the request and the content delivery metrics to generate a set of possible resolutions with confidence ratings, and implementing an automated solution based on a resolution from the set of possible resolutions, in response to the resolution having a confidence rating above a threshold.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for generating alerts in association with a request for credit data or an update to credit data. For example, information identifying an individual may be received from a credit bureau when an individual applies for a product or service from a requesting entity. The requesting entity may be a product or service provider that requests credit data of potential purchasers of its products. An electronic notification may then be sent in association with an event object generated by a notification system that is broadcast for delivery to one or more other systems, where the event object may be broadcast substantially in real time, such as via an enterprise server bus, relative to the requesting entity's initial request.

Abstract: An online system performs predictions for real-time tasks and near real-time tasks that need to be performed by a deadline. A client device receives a real-time machine learning based model associated with a measure of accuracy. If the client device determines that a task can be performed using predictions having less than the specified measure of accuracy, the client device uses the real-time machine learning based model. If the client device determines that a higher level of accuracy of results is required, the client device sends a request to an online system. The online system provides a prediction along with a string representing a rationale for the prediction.

Abstract: In an optical communication system, a high-speed data interface to an optical module can be configured from the module's host-side interface and line-side interface. These module interfaces can be configured with an integrated digital signal processor (DSP) having a DSP microcontroller unit (MCU) as a high-speed in-band DSP management interface. The DSP MCU can communicate to either a host MCU in a host switch/router via the host-side interface or to an external device through the optics hardware via the line-side interface. The present invention provides for systems, devices, and methods using this interface for numerous module DSP-related applications, such as firmware upgrades, management data, diagnostic/telemetry streaming, encryption key programming, and the like.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for operating a user-controllable parameter. An item pool is accessed, where the item pool contains a plurality of items, and where each item is associated with a parameter. A baseline position is identified, where the baseline position is associated with a particular value of the parameter. A user-controllable parameter is received, where the user-controllable parameter indicates a user preference for a next item relative to the baseline position. The next item is selected based on the baseline position and the user-controllable parameter, and the next item is provided via a computer network.

Abstract: A method, system, and computer program product for open flow connection between differing software-defined network controllers are provided. The method generates a networking interface between a first networking controller and a second networking controller. Networking information is exchanged between the first networking controller and the second networking controller using the networking interface. A logical switch is generated between the first networking controller and the second networking controller by matching at least a portion of the networking information of the second networking controller at the first networking controller. The method exchanges the matched portion of the networking information from the first networking controller with the second networking controller to create layer two open flow connection between the first networking controller and the second networking controller.
