Abstract: Computer-readable media, computer systems, and computing devices for facilitating presentation of search result items having varying prominence is provided. The method includes referencing a search result item to be presented within a search results page in response to a search query. Thereafter, a determination is made that a size prominence of the search result item is to be modified. Such a determination can be based on a result attribute(s) associated with the search result item and a result attribute(s) associated with other search result items within the search results page. The size of the search result item is adjusted in accordance with the determination that the size prominence of the search result item is to be modified.

Abstract: A graphical user interface apparatus, method and computer program product cooperate to control a display. An item is displayed at a periphery of a display and a detector detects when an object is proximate to the item. When detected the display displays a relation item. Then, when the object is detected as moving to be proximate to the relation item, a controller changes a displayed form of the relation item in response to detecting when the object is moved.
Abstract: A method and apparatus for adjusting sizes of objects displayed on a screen are provided. The a method includes recognizing one or more objects appearing on the screen, displaying guides indicating regions of the recognized objects on the screen, receiving a selection command for one of the recognized objects, and adjusting, upon reception of a size adjustment command, a size of the region of the selected object with respect to a first axis of the guide associated with the selected object or a second axis thereof perpendicular to the first axis, and displaying the size-adjusted region.

Abstract: An information processing device includes a selection accepting unit that accepts selection of three or more objects among a plurality of displayed objects, a movement control unit that moves one or more objects in accordance with movement of input position related to selection of one or more objects among the selected objects, and a processing execution unit that executes specified processing using information related to the moved object on each of a plurality of fixed objects when a position of the moved object is included in a determination area for the fixed object. Processing on the plurality of fixed objects is thereby executed at a time simply by performing the operation of moving the position of one moved object into the determination area for the fixed object.
