Abstract: A solution for a logistical problem within the beverage industry, specifically related to hot beverages such as coffee and tea; namely, storing the means to sell the beverages, which generally includes a cup, a lid for the cup, and an insulation sleeve that allows holding the cup in a comfortable way for the consumer, avoiding burns due to the high temperatures of the liquid. Thus, the container presented here unifies the 3 elements, comprising a body formed by a base and a wall, where the upper edge of said container has a group of flaps that in their closed position enables liquid containment and prevents spillage in case the container is moved, and through a modification in the cross profile of the wall. Additionally, the container has an insulation sleeve that keeps the contact surface at a low temperature.
Abstract: A detachable accessory carrier for a bicycle having a seat frame post, the detachable accessory carrier including an extension beam having a proximal end portion and an opposing distal end portion with a longitudinal axis spanning therebetween, also a structure for removable engagement to the seat post wherein the structure is disposed on the proximal end portion, a first base, a first surrounding sidewall having a first open slot with a rotationally engaged second base with a second surrounding sidewall having a second open slot, with a plurality of cantilever flexible tines disposed inside of the first surrounding sidewall to help retain the accessory, wherein the first and second open slots can be rotated to bring the accessory out in sideways movement from the tines.
Abstract: An ambidextrous, adjustable cross-body strap comprising a plurality of variably sized pockets, a buckle and universal interlocking keyring system for added user security. The cross-body strap can be worn under or over a shirt or jacket. In one embodiment, it is water resistant or waterproof. In one embodiment, the cross-body strap has interchangeable clasps and hooks that are stored in one of the plurality of pockets built into the strap. The interchangeable clasps hook and carabiners can be used separately or in combination with the universal interlocking rings to self-attach or alternatively attach to any messenger bag, gym bag tactical clips, such as a keyring holder, straps with snaps or briefcase.
Abstract: A carrying system is releasably attached to a vehicle such as a tractor, zero turn mower, ATV or UTV, and includes a flexible storage basket and optional accessories for retaining a variety of items including tools and materials. Abstract: A bistable spring stand and housing for a handheld device which can be reliably mounted in environments where users commonly mount handheld devices is disclosed. Embodiments include a housing and a bistable spring stand coupled to the housing. The bistable spring stand is moveable between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the bistable spring stand is substantially flat between its first and second ends and in the second position the bistable spring stand defines a longitudinal curve outward from the housing between its first and second ends. At least one embodiment includes a plurality of raised members forming a perimeter around the bistable spring stand, the raised members defining a planar support surface to provide a stable resting surface for the housing and handheld device when the bistable spring stand is in the first position.
Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of a swing away support assembly that can be installed on a tailgate of a vehicle, such as on a bumper and/or rear panel of the vehicle. The swing away support assembly can provide additional structural support for spare tires and/or other heavy mounted objects. Advantageously, the swing away support assembly is compatible with existing spare tire carriers, backup cameras, and rear lights.
Abstract: A golf ball marker dispenser may include a housing having an inner compartment with an opening in a front wall of the housing. The housing may include a rectangular slot in a top wall of the housing through which a golf ball marker may be inserted and retrieved. The dispenser may include a spring having a relaxed position and an engaged position. The spring is in its relaxed position when the golf ball marker is not housed within the dispenser, and in its engaged position when the golf ball marker is housed within the dispenser. The spring pushes the golf ball marker toward the front wall into engagement with an inner surface of the front wall. The golfer inserts his or her finger through the opening in the front wall and into contact with the golf ball marker to then slide it upwardly for removal through the slot.
Abstract: A wearable rig system for supporting an overhead boom is provided. The system comprises a body harness attachable to a back area and a shoulders area of a user and a backplate attached to a backward facing surface of the harness. The system also comprises a back-bottom hinge plate attached via hinges to the backplate and horizontal arm poles that upon receipt of downward pressure exert upward force on the hinge plate and cause a far end of an overhead boom to move downward. The arm poles, upon receipt of upward pressure, exert downward force on the hinge plate and cause the far end of the overhead boom to move upward. The boom is positioned over the user's head and by default parallel to a flat surface supporting the user, is perpendicular to the user's shoulders, and extends to the far end several feet in front of the user.

A frame base is disposed at a distal end of the load carriage frame, and the frame base includes a rear portion connected to a first side portion and a second side portion. A spine connects a center portion of the proximal bar of the frame top to the rear portion of the frame base. The cargo retention system may also retain a cargo case, such as a gun case, tool case, ice chest, or other case that the user wished to hold securely. Case supports may have pivoting rails that are attached to the case mounts which are secured to rails.
