  • Patent number: 11102230
Abstract: A graphical structure model trained with labeled samples is obtained. The graphical structure model is defined based on an account relationship network that comprises a plurality of nodes and edges. The edges correspond to relationships between adjacent nodes. Each labeled sample comprises a label indicating whether a corresponding node is an abnormal node. The graphical structure model is configured to iteratively calculate, for at least one node of the plurality of nodes, an embedding vector in a hidden feature space based on an original feature of the least one node and/or a feature of an edge associated with the at least one node. A first embedding vector that corresponds to a to-be-tested sample is calculated using the graphical structure model. Abnormal account prevention and control is performed on the to-be-tested sample based on the first embedding vector.

  • Patent number: 11093667
Abstract: The disclosure develops a multi-scale model that partitions the device into different spatial regions where the high carrier domains are treated as reservoirs in local equilibrium and serve as injectors and receptors of carriers into the neighboring reservoirs through tunneling and thermionic emission. The nonequilibrium Green's function (NEGF) formalism is used to compute the dynamics (states) and the kinetics (filling of states) in the entire extended complex device. The local density of states in the whole device is computed quantum mechanically within a multi-band tight binding Hamiltonian. The model results agree with experimental I-V curves quantitatively.

  • Patent number: 11027135
Abstract: Techniques for evaluating cardiac electrical dyssynchrony are described. In some examples, an activation time is determined for each of a plurality of torso-surface potential signals. The dispersion or sequence of these activation times may be analyzed or presented to provide variety of indications of the electrical dyssynchrony of the heart of the patient. In some examples, the locations of the electrodes of the set of electrodes, and thus the locations at which the torso-surface potential signals were sensed, may be projected on the surface of a model torso that includes a model heart. The inverse problem of electrocardiography may be solved to determine electrical activation times for regions of the model heart based on the torso-surface potential signals sensed from the patient.

  • Patent number: 10990713
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for generating a state space model of a physical system. A matrix decomposition module is configured to receive input data and determine a size of an input matrix based on the input data. When the input matrix size is below a threshold, a singular value decomposition of the input matrix is determined using a first technique. When the input matrix size is above the threshold the input matrix is subdivided into a plurality of subparts. For each subpart, a separability value of that subpart is determined. When the separability value indicates that the subpart is well separated, a singular value decomposition of that subpart is determined using a second technique. When the separability value indicates that the subpart is not well separated, data associated with that subpart is provided to the matrix decomposition module via a recursive call.
