  • Patent number: 11831452
Abstract: The present invention provides for fabricating virtual networks and allocating request-notifications therein for providing support-services securely and efficiently. In operation, a virtual network is fabricated based on network-registration requests received from plurality of computing devices. Further, a primary data structure representative of registered computing devices categorized into devices offering services and requiring services is generated based on information embedded in network-registration requests. Furthermore, a secondary data structure is generated by sub-categorising categorised computing devices based on information embedded in network-registration requests. Yet further, request-notifications for completing incoming support-requests from registered computing devices requiring services are generated.

  • Patent number: 11811509
Abstract: An example egress network device includes at least one computer processor and a memory. The memory includes instructions that cause the at least one computer processor to receive messages from each of a plurality of ingress network devices. Each message specifies a multicast source as an anycast address that belongs to two or more sources, a multicast group, and a customer site identifier that uniquely identifies a customer network device via which the anycast address is reachable. The instructions cause the at least one computer processor to select, based on the customer site identifiers, one of the plurality of ingress network devices to which to send a multicast join message of a plurality of multicast join messages for the multicast source and multicast group. The instructions cause the at least one computer processor to send the multicast join message to the selected one of the plurality of ingress network devices.

  • Patent number: 11811893
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for merging downloaded data with a real-time data are disclosed. An example includes receiving downloaded item of data from a download connection with a data repository and real-time item of data from a real-time data feed with a data publisher. In response to determining that the downloaded item of data includes the most recent downloaded item of data from the download connection, the downloaded item of data is stored as the last downloaded item of data. In response to determining that the real-time item of data is the most recent real-time item of data received from the real-time data feed, the real-time item of data is stored as the last real-time item of data from the real-time data feed. In response to determining a match between the last downloaded item of data and the last real-time item of data the download connection is ended.

  • Patent number: 11805003
Abstract: In one embodiment, a network assurance service that monitors a network detects an anomaly in the network by applying an anomaly detector to telemetry data collected from the network. The service sends first data to a user interface that causes the interface to present the detected anomaly and one or more candidate root cause metrics from the telemetry data associated with the detected anomaly. The service receives feedback regarding the candidate root cause metric(s) and learns a root cause of the anomaly as one or more thresholds of the candidate root cause metric(s), based in part on the received feedback regarding the candidate root cause metric(s). The service sends second data to the user interface that causes the user interface to present at least one of the candidate root cause metric(s) as a candidate root cause of a subsequent detected anomaly, based on the learned threshold(s).

  • Patent number: 11743364
Abstract: A method for interconversion between protocols, including the following steps: pre-establishing a publication/subscription list; when a packet published by a publisher is received, searching the publication/subscription list for a protocol type of the packet; extracting a packet data payload from the packet; determining whether a size of the packet data payload is less than a preset combination threshold; if yes, sending the packet data payload to a packet data payload queue of the publisher, and combining a packet data payload in the packet data payload queue when a size of the packet data payload queue reaches a preset transmission threshold or no new packet is received after a preset waiting duration; searching the publication/subscription list for all subscribers corresponding to the publisher; and performing protocol conversion on the packet one by one based on protocol types used by the corresponding subscribers, and sending protocol-converted packets to the corresponding subscribers.

  • Patent number: 11736594
Abstract: A method and system of a low-latency FPGA framework based on reliable UDP and TCP re-assembly middleware is disclosed. The need for low-latency communication in digital systems has increased drastically. The disclosed FPGA framework enables low-latency communication as a hybrid framework that supports both UDP & TCP communication. As known in art, TCP provides error checking support hence making TCP more reliable as compared to UDP, while UDP is faster but not reliable. Hence the disclosed low-latency FPGA framework latency utilizes the advantage of both UDP and TCP by utilizing UDP for its speed, while switching to TCP in case of a missing sequence in UDP. Further, the disclosed system proposes a TCP re-assembly middleware architecture for processing TCP with a lower-latency, wherein the TCP re-assembly middleware is an independent middleware that is a modular and a plug-play independent middleware.

  • Patent number: 11659042
Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for managing an application executing in a remote session. A user device (e.g., mobile device) creates a control communication session for an application executing within a remote session established between a remote application server and a client device. This application is being displayed by the client device. The user device receives metadata indicating a subset of user actions available from the application, and uses it to generate, for display on the user device, a graphical user interface. The graphical user interface is configured to, when activated by user input, inject input commands into the remote session for the application.

  • Patent number: 11621993
Abstract: The present technology relates to an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program that can ensure content-related application programs can be reliably utilized. A client 11 reproduces content distributed from a content server 12 via a network 21, and if the content being reproduced is identified by an ACR server 13, a T/SS for managing an application relating to the identified content is acquired from a T/SS server 14, a predetermined application distributed from an application server 15 is acquired on the basis of the T/SS acquired, and the activation and so on of that application is managed, and the application can therefore be reliably utilized. The present technology can, for example, be applied to a content distribution system that distributes content and content-linked applications.

  • Patent number: 11563789
Abstract: Implementations are provided herein for executive streaming data writes without duplication or loss. A client application and a pravega node can work to track where write data is, how much data has been written, and what specific data has been acknowledged by the pravega node as successfully written. In the event of an error or connection disruption, the client application can reconnect and determine how much data has been written and resend what data still needs to be written. The data can be written exactly once, and once written and acknowledged, will no longer be subject to data loss.
