Abstract: The present invention is generally directed to methods, systems, and computer program products for routing order lookups from retail systems. Order data from order management system database is synchronized to an order cache. When an order lookup is received (e.g., from a retail kiosk or POS terminal), a business layer determines if the cache can appropriately service the order lookup. If so (e.g., if the order lookup does not change order state), the business layer routes the order lookup to the cache. Otherwise (e.g., if the order lookup does change order state), the business layer routes the order lookup to the order management system database. In-store retail systems can be used to lookup orders previously submitted through other channels, such as, a website or mobile application. Knowing order details for other orders can assist the customer with in-store purchasing decisions.

The method includes: receiving, at the mobile terminal, information about at least one item displayed on an external display device from the external display device; and performing, at the mobile terminal, a function for the at least one item based on the received information.

Abstract: A system includes a processor and an information wallet application stored on machine readable storage media coupled to the processor and including program logic that causes the processor to receive a shopping list from a first information wallet adapter stored on a user computing device, send the shopping list to a second information wallet adapter stored on a merchant computing device, receive merchant data from the second information wallet adapter, wherein the merchant data includes one of price data and quantity data for at least one item included in the shopping list, and send the merchant data to the first information wallet adapter. The system also includes a cloud storage computing system accessible by the information wallet storage application and configured to communicate with the first and second information wallet adapters in order to store and retrieve shopping list data associated with the shopping list.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are an authentication and payment system and method. The authentication and payment system of the present invention includes an issuer server, an issuer information management intermediate server, an acquirer server and a payment server. The issuer server issues, manages and operates payment means. The issuer information management intermediate server manages URL information required to access domestic and foreign issuer servers. The acquirer server performs payment approval and performs acquisition and settlement for member stores. The payment server intermediates between the issuer server and the acquirer server to provide an authentication and payment service in response to a request from a terminal of the merchant. Accordingly, the present invention can provide a safe and convenient payment process with respect to payment means, such as credit cards, electronic money or mobile phone micro payment that can be selected between a purchaser and a merchant.
