  • Patent number: 11229821
Abstract: An exercise device for targeted exercise of a lower back of a user includes a frame that can be positioned on a substantially horizontal surface. A plate is pivotally coupled to an apex of the frame to support a torso of a user in a selectable position relative to horizontal. Legs of the user extend over a front edge of the plate. A bar is hingedly coupled to the apex of the frame equally distant from opposing faces of the frame and is positioned to alternately swing toward the front edge and a rear edge of the plate when strapped to the legs of the user and with the user moving the legs in a pendulous motion. A resistance module is coupled to the bar distal from the plate and resists the swinging of the bar to exercise the lower back of the user.

  • Patent number: 11154748
Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention provides an elliptical trainer including structures featuring a first amplitude, a second amplitude, and a third amplitude. By the driving of cranks and the combination of the three amplitudes, the elliptical trainer's pedals move along a closed ellipse path. In addition, the first amplitude is more than twice or three times of the third amplitude, resulting in a wide adjustment range of the stride of the pedal. Accordingly, the elliptical trainer is applicable to users of various heights.

  • Patent number: 11141620
Abstract: A seated exercise unit includes a base raised from a floor and supported thereby. The base extends between a first end and an opposed second end. A resistance-generating assembly includes a stationary band anchor attached to the base. The resistance-generating assembly includes a displaceable seat member removably mounted to the base and displaceable therealong between the first and second ends of the base. The seat member has a displaceable band anchor spaced apart from the stationary band anchor and displaceable with the seat member relative to the stationary band anchor. • Patent number: 11083928
Abstract: An exercise machine. The machine includes a frame with front and rear upper support beams. Guide rails span between the two support beams and are connected thereto. Right and left handles are configured to slide back and forth along the length of the guide rails between the front and rear support beams. During operation of the machine, a user grabs the handles and moves them back and forth in a swinging motion that mimics traversing a set of monkey bars. The guide rails may be arranged in a non-parallel configuration to provide a more natural path for the user's hands during operation and to reduce unwanted stress on the user's shoulders by limiting handle movement along the path to accommodate a more comfortable range of motion.
