Abstract: A replacement blade supplying mechanism (51) includes a detection portion (75) which detects whether or not there is a cutting blade (21) in a layer below an uppermost cutting blade (21d) through a through hole (21b) of the uppermost cutting blade (21d) when the uppermost cutting blade (21d) is extruded by a lever portion (54), and when the detection portion (75) detects that there is no cutting blade (21) in a layer below the uppermost cutting blade (21d), the detection portion stops the transport of the cutting blade (21) by a cutting blade transport mechanism (26).

Abstract: Aspects of the invention provide a dispenser-package for storing protective eyewear glasses comprising an exterior box having a top, a bottom and four sidewalls along a first length, and an interior retention mechanism for holding a plurality of protective eyewear glasses along a second length. The exterior box completely receives the interior retention mechanism and securely holds the plurality of protective eyewear glasses in place. The exterior box includes a detachable area in proximity to the bottom to allow accessing one or more of the protective eyewear glasses held in place. As a result, a more convenient and efficient way to store and distribute protective eyewear glasses encourages healthcare professionals and patients to wear them and maintain personal safety.

Abstract: A combination food pad container and dispenser includes an elongated flexible film container sized and shaped to slidably surround a plurality of horizontally stacked food pads that have at least one planar surface. The container has a surrounding wall, a closed top and a closed bottom. The surrounding wall has at least one perforation in the front wall orthogonal to the planar surface. At least one mounting aperture is located adjacent the top. A rack for supporting the food pad dispenser has at least one protrusion that is sized and shaped to fit through the at least one aperture. The surrounding wall includes front, rear, first and second side walls attached to the closed top and the closed bottom. The at least one mounting aperture is located in an extension of the rear wall or a two layer segment formed as an extension of the rear wall and the top.

The pads (32) of the first stack (36) and the pads (34) of the second stack (40) each have a material cut-out (50) at the edge in order to form a gripping aid, and the pads (32) of the first stack (36) and of the second stack (40) are each oriented in such a manner that the material cut-outs (50) of the pads (32) of the first stack and the material cut-outs of the pads of the second stack jointly define the partial region.

Abstract: A dispensing device and method is provided for separating individual food or drink container lids from a multiple-lid stack for use. The device supports a vertical or inclined stack of nested lids and allows a single bottom-most lid to fall away from the remaining lids in the stack. The device may be incorporated in a stand-alone dispenser for consumer use or be incorporated into existing or other incidental structures such as fast food restaurant countertops.

Abstract: A gravity feed dispenser including a dispensing opening that exposes part of a front face and part of a bottom face of a stack of interfolded napkins. Interference tabs restrict the dispensing opening at the front face of the stack of napkins. A stack of interfolded napkins is seated on a bottom wall of the dispenser. The bottom wall is set back from a front wall in a front to rear direction to provide a dispensing gap. A leading flap of the stack of napkins hangs through the dispensing gap while a leading fold of the stack of napkins is pressed against a bottom end of the front wall. When the leading flap is pushed back, the leading fold passes beneath a bottom edge of the front wall to be grasped by a user for dispensing napkins at least two at a time.

Abstract: A dispenser for a center-fed roll of web material in the form of tissue paper or nonwoven material has a dispenser opening which preferably has an elongated shape wherein one side edge is provided with tearing elements and the opposite side edge is smooth and free from tearing elements, and wherein the length of the dispenser opening is between 40 and 90% of the roll diameter and the width of the dispenser opening is at least 10 times the thickness of the web material and at least 5 mm, but no more than 40 mm. Preferably the dispenser is portable, wherein at least a substantial part of the dispenser is made of a moisture and tear resistant flexible material adapted for multiple use and the dispenser further includes a reclosable opening through which the roll of web material may be inserted into the dispenser.
