  • Patent number: 9108119
Abstract: The invention entails a modular sectional race track with recreational style racing vehicles, such as four wheel all terrain recreational vehicles. The sectional race course usually has moving obstacles, various obstructions plus the general design of the course track induces the racing vehicles to spin out, tilt over on their side or framework roof and/or rollover completely. The race vehicles have specifically designed roll over frameworks that, with the driver's safety harness fastened, assist the racing vehicles to roll back over on to its drive tires. The racing vehicle may be additionally assisted to roll back over by a driver initiated mechanical righting device. The race tracks' sections can be configured to be sized and shaped for specific race venues. The track sections can be quickly attached, detached and transported as needed.

  • Patent number: 9108113
Abstract: The proposed folding slide relates to amusements and is intended for sliding. It includes components stacked one above the other. Any lower component cooperates with the upper component disposed above. They are linked with a fastening member, guiding a sliding of the upper component upon the lower one in a direction within a predetermined distance. The friction coefficient for all component cooperation pairs is equal. The components' top and bottom surfaces are inclined at a predetermined angle to a base surface supporting the slide. The higher the cooperation pair is located, the lesser their inclination angle is. The second type folding slide includes releasable stoppers restricting the fastening member, preventing sliding of the upper component until the lower component completes its sliding. It can be supplemented with a mechanism for pulling the components into their initial position, safety steps with handrails, a lock against spontaneous rolling, a convenient user seat.

Abstract: A riding toy includes a body with a spring assembly supporting the body on a base so that the body may be moved in first and second motions with respect to the base. The riding toy also includes a microcontroller and first and second motion sensors responsive to the first and second motions, respectively. The first and second motion sensors are positioned on the body and in electronic communication with the microcontroller. A sound synthesizing circuit is in electronic communication with the microcontroller and a speaker. The microcontroller is programmed to provide a first sound effect when the first motion sensor detects the first motion and a second sound effect when the second sensor detects the second motion. The first sound effect is varied based on a speed of the first motion and preempts the second sound effect if both the first and second motions are taking place simultaneously.
