Abstract: An electronic device and a controlling method of the electronic device include a display, a memory including at least one instruction, and a processor executing the at least one instruction. The processor controls the display to display a first screen including a first layer for performing writing according to a touch interaction of a user, and based on an event for displaying a content on the first screen occurring while the first screen is displayed, controls the display to display a second screen including a second layer for displaying the content on the first layer and a third layer for performing writing according to a touch interaction of a user on the second layer on some areas of the first screen.

Abstract: A modular energy system including a header module configured to removably connect to an energy module. The energy module can comprise a port configured to deliver one or more energy modalities to a surgical instrument connected thereto. The header module can comprise a display screen configured to display a user interface. The header module can further include a control circuit configured to detect attachment of energy modules to the modular energy system and control the display of the user interface to display UI portions for each connected module and reconfigure the displayed UI portions to accommodate the new UI portions as additional energy modules are connected to the modular energy system.

Abstract: A graphical user interface for trimming a video may include a timeline representation of a duration of the video. A trim duration for the video may be selected based on movement of the timeline representation. The amount of time represented by a portion of the timeline representation may be independent of the duration of the video. The movement of the timeline representation may correspond to moment through the duration of the video at a constant scale regardless of the duration of the video.

Abstract: An augmented reality system that includes processors and storage devices storing instructions. The instructions configure the processors to perform operations. The operations include identifying a writing object in a video feed being displayed in an augmented reality viewer, identify a tip of the writing object based on a contour of the writing object, and tracking movements of the tip in the augmented reality viewer. The operations may also include generating a virtual file, the virtual file storing the tracked movements and generating a text file by performing an image recognition operation associating the tracked movements stored in the virtual file with one or more characters.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for increasing accessibility of digital content. For instance, a code for the digital content and one or more accessibility guidelines are received. The code is analyzed to identify a violation of an accessibility guideline. The digital content presented in accordance with the code, data indicative of the violation, and an option to correct the violation are displayed on a User Interface (UI). In response to receiving an input indicative of a selection of the option to correct the violation, one or more correction options to correct the violation are provided. In response to a selection of a correction option, the code is altered, based on the selected correction option. The alteration of the code corrects the violation of the accessibility guideline and thereby changes one or more aspects of how the digital content is to be presented.

Abstract: Provided is a system and method for creating a configuration for a plurality of devices. The method includes monitoring user interaction with a control device to control each of the plurality of devices, recording, while monitoring the user interaction with the control device, at least one configuration setting based on at least one user input provided to the control device, in response to further user input, storing the at least one configuration setting in at least one memory of the control device, associating a plurality of configuration settings with a scene object, the plurality of configuration settings comprising the at least one configuration setting, and in response to activation of the scene object via the control device, transmitting a plurality of control signals, the plurality of control signals based on the plurality of configuration settings and configured to control the plurality of devices.

The graph panel may receive graph related inputs or interactions. Graph information based on the graph related inputs or interactions and a data source may be generated. A graph model based on the graph information and the data source may be generated. Elements that correspond to objects in the graph model or relationships in the graph model may be displayed in the graph panel. The graph information and the graph model may be employed to execute a query that provides a data model based on results of the query. The data model may be employed to provide a visualization that is displayed in the display panel.

Abstract: Computer-readable media and related methods for semantic slide autolayouts are disclosed. A processor is configured to display a default layout of a presentation slide within a graphical user interface (GUI). The default layout includes a text field and an asset field. The text field is configured to receive text to be displayed in the presentation slide, and the asset field is configured to receive digital assets to be displayed in the presentation slide. The processor is also configured to automatically determine an intent to emphasize the text or the digital assets within the presentation slide, and automatically reformat the presentation slide to emphasize the text or the digital assets based on the determined intent.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and product are provided for providing a GUI. The method includes determining whether to present a widget over a display of a user, where the display has at least a portion of a page that is visible to a user. The page has a second widget, and the determining is based on an estimated likelihood that the user will reach the second widget. The widget is configured to present in the display one or more content cards. Upon determining that the estimated likelihood is below a first threshold, the widget is displayed over the display of the user. The estimated likelihood of the user is dynamically adjusted based on interactions with the page to provide an adjusted estimated likelihood. If the adjusted estimated likelihood of the user is above a second threshold, the widget may be removed from the display.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products for delivery/read receipts for electronic messaging are disclosed. During one-on-one electronic messaging sessions in a conversation view format, only a single read receipt is shown only for the most recent message transmitted in the conversation. In some implementations, a delivery receipt is shown which then can be replaced or morphed into a read receipt. In a group conversation, a read receipt can be displayed for the recipient who most recently caught up in the ongoing conversation.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a data analysis system that may receive data comprising a plurality of raw data items from one or more data sources, such as a monitoring agent located in a monitored network. The received data may be scored using one or more scoring rules and/or algorithms, with raw data items satisfying a score threshold designated as “data item leads.” Raw data items associated with a data item lead may be searched and displayed to the user via an interactive user interface. The data analysis system may be used to execute searches and additional enrichments against the received raw data items. The data analysis system may group received raw data items based upon shared attribute values. The data analysis system may be used to categorize received data and construct timelines, histograms, and/or other visualizations based upon the various attributes of the raw data items.
