  • Patent number: 11928163
Abstract: A technique is provided for creating digital memories for a particular person. A data store stores personal data derived from signals gathered from a plurality of sensors that monitor the particular person. Memories creation processing circuitry, responsive to detection of a given event associated with the particular person, performs an augmentation process to generate an augmented given event identifying multiple items of data associated with the given event, including personal data associated with the given event obtained from the data store. The memories creation processing circuitry analyses the multiple items of data identified by the augmented given event in order to generate a given digital memory for the given event. A memories data store stores digital memories generated by the memories creation processing circuitry for the particular person, and memories analysis circuitry determines and maintains associations between the digital memories in the memories data store.

  • Patent number: 11928087
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for accessing a database collection. In some embodiments, an application generates a database collection. The database collection is configured to store documents (e.g., records). The application generates a database table definition. The database table definition is a proxy or adapter for the database collection. The application receives a request to be executed to be executed on the database collection from a client device. The request specifies the database table definition. The application accesses the database collection, via the database, to process the request using the database table definition.

  • Patent number: 11928513
Abstract: Mechanisms are provided for scheduling a workload in a cloud computing system. A cloud affinity factor (CAF) computer model is trained, via a machine learning process based on a training dataset comprising static characteristics of a workload binary for a workload, and dynamic characteristics corresponding to historical performance data for the workload, such that the trained CAF computer model predicts a performance classification for a given workload binary. The trained CAF computer model processes a new workload to generate a performance classification for the new workload. Cloud affinity factor(s) are generated based on the performance classification for the new workload. Node affinity and dispatch rule(s) are applied to the cloud affinity factor(s) to select one or more nodes of the cloud computing system to which to dispatch the workload. The workload is then scheduled on the selected one or more nodes.

  • Patent number: 11914648
Abstract: A graph refactorization method is provided, and relate to the field of communication technologies, to implement parallel graph processing with load balancing, low communication costs, and short execution time. The method includes: A first machine selects a first vertex from a local vertex set of a subgraph (S801). If a degree of the first vertex is less than or equal to a first preset threshold, the first machine fuses the first vertex and an adjacent vertex within a preset quantity of hops of the first vertex in the local vertex set into a super-vertex (S802). If the degree of the first vertex is greater than or equal to a second preset threshold, the first machine copies the first vertex to obtain N sub-vertices, and divides edges of the first vertex in the subgraph of the first machine into N parts to respectively connect to the N sub-vertices (S803).

  • Patent number: 11907228
Abstract: Event processing techniques for updating a database in real time based on events in a continuous event stream are disclosed. The techniques can update the database to incorporate information from thousands of received events per second. The events can include metrics measuring milestones for an organizational process defined by a user. Moreover, multiple streams can include metrics from many tenants concurrently. The techniques include receiving a plurality of events corresponding to a time interval and identifying that two events share a value of a key attribute. The techniques then include causing to be generated an in-memory combined database record comprising a combination of first and second attribute information from the two events and the value of the key attribute. In response to a trigger signal, the techniques include transmitting a single message, based at least in part on the combined database record, to update the database.

  • Patent number: 11907214
Abstract: Implementations set forth herein relate to conditionally caching responses to automated assistant queries according to certain contextual data that may be associated with each automated assistant query. Each query can be identified based on historical interactions between a user and an automated assistant, and—depending on the query, fulfillment data can be cached according to certain contextual data that influences the query response. Depending on how the contextual data changes, a cached response stored at a client device can be discarded and/or replaced with an updated cached response. For example, a query that users commonly ask prior to leaving for work can have a corresponding assistant response that depends on features of an environment of the users. This unique assistant response can be cached, before the users provide the query, to minimize latency that can occur when network or processing bandwidth is unpredictable.
