The moisture carrier is configured to erase the thermochromic ink markings from the synthetic-paper page by contacting the thermochromic ink markings when the moisture carrier is moist. The method then writes with thermochromic ink on at least a portion of the synthetic-paper page. Liquid is diffused in the moisture carrier, and the portion of the synthetic-paper page having the thermochromic ink is wiped with the moist moisture carrier, such that the thermochromic ink is erased from the synthetic-paper page.

The simulated wound of the present disclosure may be compressed to control hemorrhage. The suture tabs are movable with respect to the base to orientate them at different angles with respect to the base. The base itself may include portions that are angled with respect to each other. The suture tabs are movable with respect to the base to pull, expose or open the tab apertures and surfaces. Some of the tab apertures are slits that open upon being pulled relative to the base requiring the user to practice holding the tab while passing the needle through the tab.

    Abstract: A tactile graphic display comprises an array of pin assemblies that can be individually activated to rise a selective distance above a plane, taking the shape of 3D objects and text in essentially real time. Each pin assembly of the array is operatively coupled to a permanent magnet that is slidable within an electromagnetic coil. When current is applied in a first direction to the coil, the magnet is repelled by the coil, causing it to move upwards and thus causing the pin to project from the array. When current is applied to the coil in the opposite direction, the magnet is attracted to the coil and moves downward, causing the pin assembly to retreat from the array. A latch member is configured to selectively engage and disengage a surface feature on the pin assembly for locking and unlocking a position of the pin assembly relative to the frame.

The stencil can mask a logo of a sports team or other form such as a swimsuit form on a wrist or ankle or upper torso, forehead, or a bathing suit area of the subject individual. In its simplest form, the stencil is a mask of the thighs, and the waist, for example, with a preferably elastic mask panel that can preferably be easily removed once the basic painting is complete. Advantageously, the invention enables websites that feature body painting, such as Sports teams, Universities, Sports Illustrated or Fashion TV, to sell stencil product in association with displays of body painted models.
