  • Patent number: 11903679
Abstract: A robotic system includes retrieval of a priori stimulus based on an input that indicates a current health state and a target health state of a user. A set of test stimuli specific for the user is determined and a stimulus device is controlled to provide the set of test stimuli to the user. A first set of responses within the body of the user and a second set of responses discernible on the body of the user are determined, and a set of stimulus parameters for the stimulus device is calibrated based on the combination of the first set of responses, the second set of responses, the current health state, the target health state, and a trained AI-based system. A new stimulus is applied to a portion of the body of the user that shifts a condition of the user from the current health state towards the target health state.

  • Patent number: 11868932
Abstract: In an approach for real-time opportunity discovery for productivity enhancement of a production process, a processor extracts a set of features from time series data, through autoencoding using a neural network, based on non-control variables for the time series data. A processor identifies one or more operational modes based on the extracted features including a dimensional reduction with a representation learning from the time series data. A processor identifies a neighborhood of a current operational state based on the extracted features. A processor compares the current operational state to historical operational states based on the time series data at the same operational mode. A processor discovers an operational opportunity based on the comparison of the current operational state to the historical operational states using the neighborhood. A processor identifies control variables in the same mode which variables are relevant to the current operational state.

  • Patent number: 11790299
Abstract: A method for determining whether a given run of a process having a defined protocol is on a trajectory for successful completion is provided. The method includes the step of initiating a run of the defined protocol of the process. During the initiated run, obtaining information reflecting variables that may affect the quality of the process. A preferred trajectory model for achieving a successful implementation of a process is also obtained. The information reflecting the variables that affect the quality of the process are compared with the preferred trajectory model. This comparison allows a determination of offset of the value of the determined variables to the value of the same variables of the preferred trajectory model. The magnitude or amount of offset is indicative of the whether the run initiated in step is on a path or trajectory for success.

  • Patent number: 11775886
Abstract: A data set comprising records of state change events of items of an item collection, as well as records of asynchronous operations associated with the items, is obtained. The numbers of records in the data set may differ from one item to another. Using the data set, a Bayesian forecasting model employing a deconvolution algorithm is trained. The model generates estimates of metrics of a type of asynchronous operation using a combination of a category-level distribution of the asynchronous operation, an item-level distribution, and a category-versus item adjustment. A trained version of the model is stored.
