  • Patent number: 12241263
Abstract: A poured, seamless polyurethane floor includes woodgrain markings and floorboard markings protected within a top clear coating, thereby to achieve a poured seamless floor with a “wood look.” The woodgrain markings are achieved by moving a heavy brush through the wear layer, during installation, prior to curing. The longitudinal floorboard markings may be achieved by moving a line marking apparatus over the upper layer, parallel with the woodgrain markings, after the wear layer has cured. The line marking apparatus assures distinct parallel floorboard lines on the wear layer, due to the use of permanent markers held in a downwardly biased, spring-loaded condition during movement of the apparatus over the floor. The installer then marks the transverse floorboard lines. A top coat seals and protects the woodgrain marking and the floorboard lines, thereby resulting in a seamless, poured polyurethane floor with a permanent wood look.

  • Patent number: 12209453
Abstract: A construction thermoacoustic partition to isolate areas from external or internal environments, refrigeration, and vehicles. The partition consists of a frame with airtightly glued insulating panels, transparent or not. If glass pane, frame, and panels are glued, they create an airtight chamber where pressure, light and solar tracking sensors are located. In its internal perimeter it has photovoltaic cells and a blind whose sheets are photovoltaic cells that make it self-sufficient in energy. The profile of the frame has channels to circulate air, where electric resistance is located, which in winter raises the temperature of the panel edges, in another, fans, temperature sensors, micro-pump, wires and reinforcements are located. The horizontal planes that create these channels have coextruded thermoacoustic bridges.

  • Patent number: 12203282
Abstract: The ground anchor assembly comprises a collar, a T-post, a guy line, and a guy line attachment member. The guy line attachment member is coupled to the guy line. The collar comprises a perimeter wall and an adjustment member. The perimeter wall defines an internal void adapted to receive a portion of the T-post such that when the T-post is positioned within the internal void, the perimeter wall surrounds a perimeter of the portion of the T-post and restrains rotational movement of the collar relative to the T-post. The adjustment member is moveable from a first position to a second position, the first position being one in which a distal end of the adjustment member does not contact the T-post, the second position being one in which distal end contacts the T-post between adjacent stubs of the T-post.
