  • Patent number: 12069185
Abstract: A universal cloud connector is proposed to intake client data using an integrated application programming interface (API) that is capable of processing various client data. Specifically, the integrated API includes at least two layers: (i) an authentication layer authenticates a client based on a client-level secret ID such that the client can only access data resource that is accessible to this particular client; (ii) a data segregation layer that integrates with the client's system so that users of the client (bank) can view and interact with their bank records that are pulled through the authentication layer. Thus, the integration API may act as a collection of micro-services that allow a client's system to synchronize data and workflow states with the server in real-time.

  • Patent number: 12069505
Abstract: In one embodiment, a first networking device in a network coordinates, with a second networking device in the network, capture of packet maps for a traffic flow in the network associated with a particular application. The packet maps comprise multi-dimensional histograms indexed by identified properties of packets of the traffic flow and time. The first networking device inspects packets of the traffic flow, to identify properties of packets of the traffic flow. The first networking device generates a first packet map for the traffic flow based on the properties of the packets of the traffic flow identified by the first networking device. The first networking device causes a comparison between the first packet map and a second packet map generated by the second networking device to be used as a measure of application experience for the particular application.

  • Patent number: 12066907
Abstract: The disclosed technology enables quicker initialization of a new master node for a cluster when a previous master node fails by tracking node state in the cluster prior to being designated the new master node. In a particular example, a method includes, in a first node, designated as a current master node for the cluster, managing the cluster based on states of the nodes determined by the first node. While the first node is designated the master node, the method includes each of the nodes collecting, and storing locally, the states of the nodes. In response to a failure of the first node, the method includes selecting a second node of the nodes a new master node. Upon being designated the new master node, the method includes the second node managing the cluster of nodes based on the states of the nodes that the second node collected and stored locally.

  • Patent number: 12040914
Abstract: A method includes obtaining input features based on network traffic received during a time window. The method also includes generating multiple network service type predictions about the network traffic during the time window using a machine learning (ML) classification system operating on the input features. The method also includes storing the multiple network service type predictions in different time steps in a first-in first-out (FIFO) buffer and generating decisions about a presence of each of multiple service types in the network traffic using a voting algorithm. The method also includes reducing fluctuations in the generated decisions using a logic-based stabilizer module to generate a final network service type decision.

  • Patent number: 12039617
Abstract: Examples involve a control device using a social networking service to facilitate registration of a streaming media service with a media playback system. An example implementation receives (i) data indicating login credentials for a given account of a social networking service, and (ii) input data to configure streaming media services with a media playback system. Based on receiving the input data to configure the media playback system, the implementation queries the social networking service for streaming media services associated with the given account, and in response to the query, receives data indicating a first streaming media service associated with the given account. The implementation configures the media playback system to playback audio content from the first streaming media service that is associated with the given account and causes the media playback system to playback audio content from the first streaming media service.

  • Patent number: 12014261
Abstract: Identifying shared events across spiking-neural-network data streams with significant stochastic content. The data streams are first subject to cross correlation. If two data streams are completely uncorrelated, the rate of occurrence, of cross-stream spike pairs, is an approximately uniform “r_ind” across all Time Between Events (TBE's). Any shared events create a gradient, where r_ind increases to a rate “r_shr,” for any TBE's?a Time Of Discernment (TOD). A search for the actual TOD (TOD_a) can be accomplished with a conjectured TOD (TOD_c). TOD_c is tested against an exponential decay with its rate set to a conjectured r_ind (r_ind_c). When r_ind_c=actual r_ind, equal ranges (or regions) of values, of exponential decay, represent equal probabilities. Values of TOD_c and r_ind_c are generated (at respective learning rates), until a combination is found where probabilistically equal regions receive statistically equal numbers of cross-stream events. It is then known TOD_a?TOD_c.

  • Patent number: 11994996
Abstract: Apparatuses, systems and methods for routing requests and responses targeting a shared resource. A queue in a communication fabric is located in a path between the requesters and a shared resource. In some embodiments, the shared resource is a shared address translation cache stored in an endpoint. The physical channel between the queue and the shared resource supports multiple virtual channels. The queue assigns at least one entry to each virtual channel of a group of virtual channels where the group includes a virtual channel for each address translation request type from a single requester of the multiple requesters. When the at least one entry for a given requester is de-allocated, the queue allocates this entry only with requests from the assigned virtual channel even if the empty entry is the only available entry of the queue.

  • Patent number: 11973763
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a region-specific events account that is used as a central place to store the events shared by consumers of shared applications in that region. Use of such an account helps reduce the operational burden of a provider of the applications as they do not need to determine which accounts have shared events for each different consumer. The provider only needs to login to the events account which is in the same region as the consumer and can query all shared events from different applications that are being used in that region. Also, since the provider can designate an events account in each region, the shared events could be directly ingested into the events account without traveling to a different region.
