Abstract: A computing system includes a network interface circuit and a processing circuit configured to receive a plurality of issuer ratings associated with issuers from a plurality of analyst devices, wherein the plurality of issuer ratings include qualitative ratings, generate numerical quality ratings for the issuers based on the qualitative ratings of the issuers, receive a plurality of investment parameters from a manager device, the plurality of investment parameters defining characteristics of a custom investment strategy, generate a dataset regarding securities issued by the issuers based on the numerical quality ratings of the issuers, the dataset including securities issued by the issuers having a numerical quality rating over a pre-determined value, generate the custom investment strategy by selecting securities from the dataset based on the numerical quality ratings and the plurality of investment parameters, and provide the custom investment strategy to the manager device.

Abstract: Embodiments of an electronic fraud analysis platform system are disclosed which may be used to analyze tax returns for potential fraud. Analysis of tax return data using the tax return analysis platform computing systems and methods discussed herein may provide insight into whether a tax return may be fraudulent based on, for example, an initial screening component configured to filter tax returns which appear fraudulent due to missing or inaccurate information provided with the return; a device activity analysis component configured to identify whether a device used to submit a tax return or to provide further authentication information needed to complete processing of the return may have been used in other fraudulent activities; and a knowledge-based authentication component configured to identify potential fraudsters using dynamically generated questions for which fraudsters typically do not know the answers.

Abstract: An apparatus for providing a bundled set of individually redeemable healthcare services in a purchase data record, determining a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for the at least one healthcare service of the bundled set, associating the purchase data record with user debt for purchase of the healthcare services, providing a digital health asset token representing the purchase data record identified by and with a unique confirmation number, said purchase data record comprising the associated user debt of the at least one bundled set of healthcare services, and providing marketplace access to the token to finance the debt. The marketplace may use the token for buying, selling or trading the bundled set of healthcare services to finance the debt. The token and a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) may be provided to an Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process for resolving a dispute under the No Surprises Act.

Abstract: A method for fraud modeling based on shared computing device usage includes: storing transaction data entries, each including a transaction date and/or time, account identifier, and device identifier associated with a computing device; receiving a transaction message for a payment transaction, the transaction message including a specific device identifier, primary account number, and additional transaction data; identifying transaction data entries where the included device identifier corresponds to the specific device identifier; determining a fraud risk rating based on a number of unique account identifiers included in the identified transaction data entries over a predetermined period of time; and transmitting the transaction message and the determined fraud risk rating to a financial institution associated with the primary account number.

Abstract: In various embodiments, systems, methods, and techniques are disclosed for generating a collection of clusters of related data from a seed. Seeds may be generated based on seed generation strategies or rules. Clusters may be generated by, for example, retrieving a seed, adding the seed to a first cluster, retrieving a clustering strategy or rules, and adding related data and/or data entities to the cluster based on the clustering strategy. Various cluster scores may be generated based on attributes of data in a given cluster. Further, cluster metascores may be generated based on various cluster scores associated with a cluster. Clusters may be ranked based on cluster metascores. Various embodiments may enable an analyst to discover various insights related to data clusters, and may be applicable to various tasks including, for example, tax fraud detection, beaconing malware detection, malware user-agent detection, and/or activity trend detection, among various others.

Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to presenting for selection, services comprising at least one bundled set of healthcare services to be performed separately by respective providers, determining a bundle price for the at least one bundled set of healthcare services and in response to receiving payment in an amount of the bundle price, generating a persistent purchase data record with a unique confirmation number that is selectively redeemable by the user to receive each of the healthcare services in the bundled set. The bundle price may be discounted and/or based on the location or time at which at least one service will be performed. The bundle price may also be based on the user's remaining health insurance deductible. A single payment may be disbursed to multiple providers of the bundled set of healthcare services. Abstract: A claim-based capitation model is proposed for handling vehicle repair insurance claims. Rather than determining a detailed estimate of the expected actual cost of repair, the estimate may be determined using a simpler model. For example, the insurance company and a repair facility may agree to following a predictive payment model in which the insurance company pays a fixed predicted capitated amount of money for each repair claim, regardless of the amount of repair work that will be needed. Alternatively, the insurance company may pre-pay a fixed capitated amount for a predicted number of future insurance claims.

The ABU manager computing device receives account data from an issuing party, stores the account information in an account information data source, and provides the account data to requesting parties. The ABU manager computing device tracks access to the stored account data via an ABU traffic data source. ABU manager computing device may also track transaction-related messages corresponding to the stored account data in a transaction traffic data source. In certain embodiments, ABU manager computing device may generate and transmit notifications based on data stored in one or more of the stored account data, the ABU traffic data source, and the transaction traffic data source.
