Abstract: A system and method for resolving contract disputes utilitizes one or more computing devices to receive a dispute resolution request, invite other parties to submit a response to the dispute resolution request, and submit the dispute to a plurality of delegates based on the type of dispute and the qualifications of the delegates. The delegates provide dispute resolution decisions, and a consensus algorithm is applied to the decisions to arrive at a consensus contract outcome. A record of the consensus contract outcome, including the disputed contract and the nature of the dispute are recorded on a permissioned blockchain and also optionally recorded on an external blockchain distributed ledger.

Abstract: Embodiments of systems and methods disclosed herein provide solutions for predicting vehicle invoice pricing, trim, and options by starting from scratch (raw data), transforming the raw data into actionable data, and comprehensively exploring all possible option combinations that can match a vehicle's Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Embodiments implement algorithms that determine the trim of a vehicle and intelligently analyze all possible option combinations that would result in a target MSRP while avoid searching unnecessary vehicle configurations. The algorithms can be used to predict the trim, invoice, and options of a vehicle based on the vehicle's VIN and MSRP.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for generating permit sets. A rules engine can traverse various requirements of a rules data structure in conjunction with rule settings that define permitting rules in effect for a particular jurisdiction to determine a value for each requirement. Document objects may then be created by combining project inputs with the determined values. A composing engine can receive the document objects and populate one or more page templates with the document objects to create a permit set.

Abstract: A method for collecting returned items or information about returned items and evaluating return policy criteria with respect to collected items, and a system for the same, are disclosed. The method includes providing a station, such as a kiosk terminal, preferably at a pharmacy location. The station includes a computer and a user interface including a touch screen interface. Items, for example, pharmaceutical items to be returned are brought to the station. The user enters information at the station, such as by scanning a bar code on a container of the item, weighing the item or its contents, and entering lot number and expiration date associated with the item. A system and method for facilitating recalls is also provided.
