    Abstract: A laminated substrate includes an upper prepreg cured body, a lower prepreg cured body and a magnetic member. The magnetic member is sandwiched between the upper prepreg cured body and the lower prepreg cured body in an up-down direction. The upper prepreg cured body is directly coupled to the lower prepreg cured body all over a predetermined area surrounding the magnetic member in a plane perpendicular to the up-down direction. The magnetic member is formed by binding soft magnetic metal powder using a binder. The soft magnetic metal powder consists of particles each of which has a flat shape. The binder comprises inorganic oxide as a chief ingredient. The magnetic member includes the soft magnetic metal powder of 60 vol. % or more and open pores of 10 vol. % or more and 30 vol. % or less. The magnetic member has a thickness of 0.3 mm or less.

The visually-distinct areas have the appearance of the pigmented layer or another appearance.     Abstract: A camouflage cover that is simple to deploy and store and is robust to all weather conditions and storage cycles provides a close visual match and close visible and IR spectral signature matches to surrounding vegetation. The cover incorporates a mixture of SAP and cellulose pulp containing approximately 90% water laminated between opaque, non-woven Tencelâ„¢ layers to emulate the spectral signature of leaves. Outer polymer film layers prevent water evaporation of the SAP. Organic dye-printed patterns can be applied to one or more of the Tencelâ„¢ and film layers. The SAP mixture can be limited to leaf regions of the cover, whereby branch regions include cellulose but not SAP. The cover can be petalized by cuts made, for example, along leaf and branch region boundaries. A gloss-controlling aerogel coating can be applied to outer surfaces of the camouflage cover to match a gloss of the vegetation.
